De fantastische locatie midden in het centrum van Malang en het bijzondere gebouw. De kamer was mooi en ruim. Genoeg ruimte om je spullen kwijt te kunnen. Fijn dat er een tussendeur tussen de naastgelegen kamer was zodat we eigenlijk één grote kamer hadden. Water, koffie en thee was aanwezig op de kamer en werd aangevuld. Ik zou dit hotel zeker nog een keer boeken als ik weer in Malang zou zijn.
De badkamer was niet heel schoon en verouderd. Toen we om 9.00 uur bij het ontbijt kwamen was veel al op.
I didn't know why this hotel received just a very average rating, but I'd say it exceeded my expectations. My room is pretty large, the facilities are fine and clean, plus the location very close to Alun-Alun Malang. The staffs were helpful when I told them the door lock issue. Highly recommend to visit the nearby Lapidoth Cafe as well.

We had to change room to get the bedsize we had ordered and both rooms were very dirty - not only in bad shape but also just bad cleaned. The towels were dirty as well.
We ordered this hotel to have a pool, but each day for five days the pool was used for swimming practice for local kids, so there were absolutely no room for us at the pool.
Instead of 4 star hotel, It should be a 5 star hotel. What a great experience. Love all their staff.

Mooi klassiek hotel met name de eetzaal was nog in de originele staat met mooie hanglampen en oude nederlandse schilderijen en een mooie vloer. De appartementen waren schoon en sober ingericht. Bij het ontbijt kwam niemand naar je toe. Je kreeg ongevraagd een soto soep voor geschoteld met een kop thee voor de vrouw en een kop hele slappe"koffie"
