We had a very good stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed our experience. The staff were extremely hospitable and attentive, always trying to accommodate guests and provide the best possible service, including for families.

The rooms were comfortable, and I would especially like to highlight the updated shower rooms — the shower quality was excellent and clearly well-maintained. In terms of price-to-quality ratio, this hotel is an ideal choice. It was also приятно surprising that food was offered with a discount, which added extra value to the stay. The location is convenient and another strong advantage.

As for the downsides, there are currently renovation works in the lobby and restaurant area. Because of this, the breakfast buffet has been moved to a general hall. Additionally, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., there can be noticeable noise from construction, especially on the lower floors.

That said, the staff do their best to minimize inconvenience and support guests in every way possible. Overall, we were very satisfied and would still recommend this hotel.

Из-за ремонта в отеле впечатление о нем сложилось не очень..

В отеле шел ремонт и о нем предупреждали во время резервации через booking.com. В сообщении говорилось, что он закончится 01/03/26. Я сразу уточнила у отеля, точно ли ремонт закончится к 01/03? Меня уверили, что точно. Если бы предупредили, что это не точная информация, я бы не остановилась в этом отеле во время ремонта. Хоть было и не сильно шумно, но в нашем номере на последнем этаже был балкон, по которому оказывается ходили рабочие и об этом также не предупредили при заселении. Если честно, было максимально не комфортно, когда ты лежишь в номере и боковым зрением видишь, как прошел человек по балкону (тащил громко какие-то мешки). Испугалась..

Возьмите во внимание, предупреждать о таких возможных неудобствах при заселении..

The worst Radisson I’ve ever stayed in

Cons:

Hotel overcharged me and still hasn’t returned the difference. Personal at reception were polite but didn’t even try to resolve my issues. Hotel neither provided bathrobe nor dental kit. You have to call and ask for.

Chef Ulugbek was excellent, he made the egg Benedict for breakfast, their breakfast was so yummy and exciting.

It was renovation during our staying but manager and stuff did their best job. We really liked the hotel.

Pros:

Everything went comfortably, rooms are clean, breakfast was awesome and has a lot of choices for different diets. The staff were polite, especially the guy named Azizbek was really friendly, helped for everything. If I were to choose a hotel, Raddison Blu would be on the top of my list.
