Велмколепный летний бассейн и супер персонал!
Pros:

Прекрасный бассейн. Вкусный ресторан. Комфортные номера. Очень отзывчивый персонал. В общем, великолепно!

Expensive and disappointing
Pros:

Good location. Good mattress.

Cons:

Hotel facade being renovated, not told until after booking. Noise all day outside. WiFi not working for first two days. Room tired and outdated, worn damaged furnishings. Promise discount from one member of staff, then had to fight for it the following day. Expensive for what’s being offered. Very different Radisson experience to what I’m used to.

В данный момент отдыхаем в этом отеле и хочу поделиться своими впечатлениями. Честно говоря, я приятно удивлена — сервис здесь действительно на очень высоком уровне! ❤️

Шикарный бассейн, отличные и комфортные номера, очень вкусные и разнообразные завтраки. Отдельно хочется отметить сотрудников на ресепшене — и парни, и девушки отлично справляются со своей работой: всегда вежливые, внимательные и готовые помочь.
Перед поездкой я читала отзывы на Booking и, честно говоря, немного переживала, потому что встречались жалобы. Думала, вдруг и нам что-то не понравится. Но на деле оказалось всё совсем иначе — мы всем очень довольны! 😍
Да, сейчас у отеля идёт ремонт фасада, но лично нам это абсолютно не мешает отдыхать. Никакого дискомфорта мы не испытываем.
Поэтому хочу сказать всем, кто выбирает этот отель: не обращайте слишком много внимания на негативные отзывы. Главное — ехать с хорошим настроением, а отель действительно хороший!
Мы гости из Казахстана 🇰🇿 и с удовольствием рекомендуем этот отель для отдыха. ❤️
