Siamo ormai clienti abituali. Qualche miglioria alle stanze la farei. Per il resto è tutto perfetto.

Poor selection for breakfast and buffet dinner was awful and did not reflect the quality of food italy has to offer. Buffet dinner for 0 out of 10

Biggest disappointment and upset our experience greatly was the way booking.com room describes room configuration because it was 100% inaccurate. The hotel manger said they cant control what booking.com puts as room description and it wasnt the hotels fault they didn't have what we asked for when we booked through booking.com. We travelled with a family of 8 and booked 2 rooms and the room configuration was not what we asked for which caused a HUGE stress and frustration at check in. It took a very very very long time to check with added frustration and stress not needed on a family trip. At the end we as paying customers needed to comprimise by staying 1 full night in a room configuration we did not ask for which was sort of corrected the next day. Like I said the way booking.com describes book and what we walked into at first check 100% inaccurate just but a big damper on our first first day. We came on this trip tp relieve stress but thay added to it

We had an ant problem in the rooms but bc of our check in experience we began to feel the more we challenged room experience the worse the service and attitude became for so we decided not to complain about the ants.

Parking was hard to find so booking parking with hotel ahead of time is a must do.

Pros:

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die perfekte Lage direkt am Strand, man muss lediglich die Straße überqueren und ist schon am Meer.
Unser Zimmer mit Meerblick war einfach traumhaft und hat den Aufenthalt noch schöner gemacht.
Das gesamte Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein besonderes Lob geht an Grazia und ihr Team sowie an Sabrina und Maurizio an der Bar, die mit ihrer herzlichen Art einen tollen Service geboten haben.
Das Abendessen hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es gab eine große Auswahl an Fisch und Meeresfrüchten, was für uns perfekt war, da wir beides sehr gerne essen. Wer allerdings keinen Fisch oder Meeresfrüchte mag, hat etwas weniger Auswahl.
Das Unterhaltungsprogramm haben wir zwar nicht genutzt, aber es gab jeden Abend eine Kinderdisco, was für Familien sicherlich ein schönes Angebot ist. Im Hotel sind fast ausschließlich Italiener.

Cons:

Das Frühstück hat uns leider enttäuscht. Im Vergleich zum ausgezeichneten Abendessen war die Auswahl deutlich zu klein. Besonders die Obstauswahl fanden wir für Süditalien sehr enttäuschend. Es gab täglich nur Äpfel, Birnen, Bananen und eingelegte Pfirsiche. Wir hätten uns deutlich mehr frisches, regionales Obst gewünscht.
Auch die Auswahl an Wurst und Käse war eher überschaubar. Dafür gab es sehr viele süße Backwaren, was zwar offenbar dem italienischen Frühstück entspricht, unseren Geschmack aber nicht ganz getroffen hat.

Netter Strandurlaub mit Einschränkung
Pros:

Die Lage direkt am Sandstrand ist perfekt. Vom Balkon eine herrliche Sicht aufs Meer. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Hingegen war das Buffet bei den warmen Speisen jeden Abend ungeniessbar!

Hotel blisko czystego i pięknego morza, przepyszne jedzenie, dużo owoców i ciast.Każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Pani Grazia wspaniale dbała o gości.Dziękujemy.

Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal, eigener Strand mit Liegen und Schirmen. Wein in der HP beim Abendessen inklusive. Hotel hat eigene Parkplätze (5€/Tag), endloser Sandstrand
