This is a nice Indonesian hotel. It is much used for business, weddings and other events and many Indonesians from Java use it during their leisure trips to Malang.
It is not the newest hotel, nor a 5 star experience, but very comfy, convenient and at a great location. One can even walk to most Malang sights in the city centre. Very tasty food served in the resturant and for breakfast. Helpfull staff and dedicated general manager. We stayed here four days during (business) trip in a great quiet room at the back of the hotel with pool view.... Value for money!

This hotel is quite strategically located in the middle of Malang city, not too far from the city square. This hotel is quite old but still comfortable. When I stayed, I actually booked a superior double room, but it turned out to be full. The hotel tried to help us by upgrading our room to deluxe, even though it was still a twin bed. Hotel staff were very helpful and friendly.

Deluxe Room review: comfy, AC was good, there was a TV with many channels too. There was also a sofa and work desk. The rooms are quite spacious, although some parts of the room were rotten and need repair. Wifi in the room was not ok, maybe because the room is too far from the wifi access point. There are also slippers, coffee, tea, mineral water and a water heater available. Wardrobe is also available in the room. The only thing lacking was that there was no fridge in the room so we couldn't store the fruit or drinks we bought. The bathroom is quite clean, toiletries are also available, although limited. But there is no hair dryer. In our room’s bathroom, the top shower was not working, it was broken. What the hotel needs to pay attention to is the cleanliness in the room. The coffee/tea cups in the room were still dirty and there were coffee residues that were not clean. There was also a lot of dust in the room and it looked like it hadn't been cleaned before. The towels are also no longer pure white. The hotel has a swimming pool but it looks less clean and not good.

Breakfast had enough menu choices, the taste was quite good. It's just that the placement of tables and chairs is too close so it's not comfortable to walk between the dining tables in the restaurant. What needs to be considered is that some parts of the hotel need to be cleaned, repaired or renovated, so that visitors will be more comfortable while staying at this hotel.

This spacious room make my familly so comfortable. The furniture little bit out of date, and so does the pool. We stayed in ramadhan month. So the menu of breakfast very limited, but it"s no matter for us. The staff so friendly.

Elevatoe and Swimming Pool looks like never been renovated for 20 Years.
Bed sheet also teared in many spots.
Breakfast Menu also terrible.
I am not sure why they still have the stars.

Great stay nice and clean the rooms cleaned daily and the concierge was great to talk too and very good with speaking English and was very helpful with great knowledge of malang and surroundings with places to visit. I would definitely stay at this hotel again

Very recommended hotel in Malang. Best price for the facility and breakfast. Surely want to going back to this hotel again. Room ambiance is warm, bathroom is clean and the variation menu for breakfast is good, the taste also good. But, maybe please increase the friendliness of the reception.

The hotel was comfortable. It's good for enjoy our holiday in Regent's park hotel. The staff was so kind and helpful. We'll come back when we come to Malang. So thankful to Tika. We really love your help.

Was one of the famous hotel in Malang, quite nice hotel even its old hotel. Breakfast was nice with lot of choices. Bedroom its ok and comfort... overall it was nice stay and surely will back again in the future.

In 90's this hotel was one of the famous hotel in Malang. The room is quite spacious, with some old funiture, but quite clean and comfortable. Price is affordable, not so far from city center and they also have spacious parking site. In my opinion they need to renew in modern style to compete with others new hotels, at least in the next 5 years

This is our first time holiday in Malang, before back to Jakarta we decided to stay in Regent's park hotel. We choose this because the location is strategic. When we arrived, mr. Bambang bell man he is very nice and friendly person,he assist us to our room and he is the best bell man I've ever met. The room is comfy and tidy, spacious and clean. This hotel is worth for money.. cant expect much but we enjoy this hotel so far. And thank you for mba Nia who really nice to explain about Malang. This hotel is recommended for you if you would like to find nice sleep and stay in the center of Malang.

Food is okay, the location is very good. Highly recommended, if you are looking for a budget hotel. The building is old, we were using non smoking room, but we can smell cigarette smell. No bathtube in the bathroom.

My family booked 3 rooms, all are superior but we got 3 different style. One very spacious, one middle n one smaller. The spacious room have shower bathroom like the smallest but the middle have bathup.
Lucky us when request room with connecting room we got it. But this quite old hotel. Breakfast food need to improve. Fish quite hard, pudding not to nice. Pool just simple swimming pool but quite clean.
Unfortunately we found ants on the wall n spot on our bed sheet

The room was ok, but the hospitality really needs to be improved a lot. The receptionists were not too friendly.. I called the reception once to ask about make up room service and the officer answered impolitely. The receptionists oftenly had a chat to each other even when the guests were in the reception area. My husband once rode an elevator and suddenly the electicity was off.. He tried to push the emergency button so many times but nothing happened. Fortunately, he brought his smartphone so he could make a call to the hotel.. The worst thing is that, there was NO single apology from the staff. I just couldn't imagine what would happen if he left his smartphone at our room..

Was there for 10 days with my girlfriend. All workers were friendly and kind.
