Guest Reviews
The area is convinient…just one conplex with Mall.
La chambre est spacieuse et propre. Le personnel est très accueillant et très gentil.
L'emplacement à côté du centre commercial est un plus.
Le matelas était un peu ferme mais j'ai tout de même très bien dormi.
Triple room was just what we needed and the breakfast buffet had lots to choose from - the staff were also kind enough to arrange a breakfast box for us all when we had to leave early for a flight. The hotel was quiet with regards to noise.
No hand towel in the bathroom.
Bed en kamer waren goed.
Personeel spreekt geen engels wat de communicatie erg lastig maakt. Handen en voeten gebruiken om iets duidelijk te maken is nodig.
I dont know where to begin, stayed here a few times and i hope to stay again some time soon. Everything is great but most of all the staff are the best. After the staff ... the breakfast wins the trophy. LOVE the breakfast.
Nothing, love everything here!

Breakfast have no meat
Impressive building in a fantastic location. Right beside the mall makes things super convenient. The lobby looks really impressive when you come in.
The size of the room was huge! The bed was clean and comfortable.
It feels like the owners have tried to relax the upkeep of the building. Our thermostat didn't work in our room and no matter what we set the AC to it blew cold air full on. (Until we turned the system completely off).
The fridge in our room was broken. We were impressed that when we called the front desk someone was there within 15 min to replace the fridge.
The shower and bathroom in our room was not so great. Mold filled the grout lines. Ewwe!
The coffee shop on the fourth floor is where the breakfast is served. The buffet was decent. Food was ok. The upkeep in the coffee shop was disappointing.
Staff were really not friendly or welcoming. We appreciated they spoke English, but no e were particularly welcoming or friendly.
- sehr schöne Lobby
- nah gelegen an der Shopping-Mall
- Zimmer war sehr groß
- Bett war bequem
- zuvorkommendes Personal
- Ausstattung im Zimmer nicht so modern, eher ziemlich abgewohnt und brüchig, insbesondere das Bad
- keine Handduschbrause
- keine Klobürste bzw. Handbrause an Toilette
Ideally I would like to give this a 7.5 rating but that isn’t possible under the Booking.com scoring system. The hotel is great on a number of levels, spacious rooms with large beds, extensive breakfast selection, very friendly attentive staff, great location (walking distance to central areas). Sadly though we found it all a bit spartan and uninspiring plus the bathroom needed a deep clean around all the edges and corners.
