Tuvimos un pequeño problema con una habitación y sin insistir mucho nos cambiaron de habitación pidiendo disculpas..El trato del personal y de limpieza es de gente de buenas intenciones,camas muy cómodas y hay una nevera pequeña que viene de fábula para las bebidas.A 5 min andando a la playa y zona tranquila

Location, Parking In front of the Hotel. Local buses No.2/4, plus Tourist tram stop within a 10 minute walk to the stop, turning right from Hotel entrance €5. All day off/on during tour. Recommended. Modern spacious interior, with a compact Bar/ Restaurant area, closes at 6pm depending on time of seasons? leading onto the outside Pool area, with generous seating, based on overall size. Room 210. 2rd floor. Generous size, plus balcony including nice size Shower Toilet. Cupboard with Room safe. TV. A/C etc. clean and no serious noise issues. Comfortable twin beds.

Cons:

Serious Negatives to be considered before booking. Not suitable for anyone with disabilities or Medical issues. No lift. No Coffee/Tea/ water facilities in room or in reception area when closed. If arriving after 6pm, This is a big Negative. My Room 210. Did not receive any room service until the third day. But the lady was excellent on the day. The room had no chair or table shelf facilities. But had two bedside tables. Inadequate, for a modern hotel. The shower toilet room had ZERO facilities to hang up clothes towels etc. Also no provision for Electric toothbrush mounting area. I had to use the top of the mirror light. REALLY in 2026??? The Shower tray was old and the surface was covered with hairline cracks. The extractor did not work. And to end, the famous fully floating sufe board WC seat. Unreal !!! In 2026 there are modern WC seats that stay put when fitted.
All these issues could be resolved within 24 hours, if the owner and management made the effort.

Great little stay in the middle of Albufeira
Pros:

Staff were very friendly and helpful! Room was good size for the two of us sharing and great bathroom facilities. Nice balcony too overlooking the pool outside!
Nice to have breakfast every morning during our stay though it did become a bit samey after a few days!

Cons:

The only real issue was the fact that the Wi-Fi didn't really work on the 2nd floor in the room I was staying in.
