Excellent service! Stuff is the best.
The level of service from upper management to the bellmen was beyond words. It was the best service we received from any five star property we have ever stayed around the world. It was seriously that good!
If you are staying in Macau, treat yourself to the best hotel experience you will ever have. Again, the stay was unbelievable!
The level of detail, impeccable facility, and staff that genuinely live and breathe exceptional hospitality service.
I also want to give some added praise to Nicholas and Melanie They made sure every aspect of our stay was attended to and made it our most memorable hotel experience ever. Lastly, everyone we encountered knew our name and their kindness made everything special.
The club level suite we stayed in was incredible and impeccably maintained. The suite was tastefully decorated, as was the entire hotel.
Again, if staying in Macau do not hesitate and stay at the Ritz Carlton.

Excellent service
Read a lot of reviews before making the decision of staying at the Ritz-Carlton and I am 200% happy with our stay with 53rd floor lounge access.
The lounge provides 5 meal/drink services from breakfast to after dinner drinks and everyone on this floor is extra nice especially Molly, Allan and Lila
My family and I will not stay anywhere else in Macau now.

Excellent hotel. I booked the suite. And didn’t know they included free limousine, 5 free meals per day! It really worth the value. Hotel staff are super super nice. Room are crazy pretty! Excellent amenities. Using the top brand.
