Mesmo precisando de alguns detalhes, pelo menos nesse quarto que fiquei, o hotel é ótimo, a localização perfeita.
Pros:

Do cuidado com a limpeza. Meu quarto era limpo e organizado todos os dias.

Cons:

O quarto tinha um cheiro um pouco forte de mofo (715), o ar fazia um pouco de barulho e o chuveiro estava com água espalhando muito.

Muito próximo do aeroporto, quarto silencioso e excelente café da manhã.

Cons:

Primeiro quarto que me foi oferecido estava com muito cheiro de mofo e solicitei mudança. Me passaram para outro quarto prontamente, mas que claramente não tinha sido bem limpo: o chão ainda estava sujo, cheio de areia, a lixeira com restos de lixo do hóspede anterior. Ao sair do banho, só de andar no quarto meu pé já estava preto de sujeira. O quarto em si parece ser muito velho, com poltrona de couto rasgada, itens de decoração sujos ou nao conservados. Toalhas velhas, poídas. Teto do banheiro com marcas de infiltração/umidade. Fui usar a torneira do banheiro e a tampa saiu na minha mao. Não recomendo o local pelo preço cobrado.

O acabamento do banheiro parece grosseiro. Um quarto oferecido estava com cheiro muito forte. Parece que o hotel está em reforma.

Limpeza do apartamento (detalhe para o piso), banheiro com vazamento no box, não foi reposto o sabonete utilizado e detalhes do banheiro necessitam de reparos - unidade 802
