Charmigt hotell, centralt med mycket tillmötesgående personal.
Pros:

Centralt läge och fint bemötande av personalen som var jätte trevliga. Fick hjälp att boka om vårt rum till dagen efter ursprungsbokningen.

Cons:

Gammalt med mycket trappor och trångt. Inte lämpligt om man har fysiska besvär eller svårt med kondition.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Hotel w samym centrum starego miasta. Bardzo dobre śniadanie. Możliwość przechowania bagażu po wymeldowaniu. Dobry stosunek jakości do ceny.

Cons:

Niestety nie działały kanały telewizyjne ale informacja z przeprosinami była na ogłoszeniu w recepcji. Brak szafy na ubrania.

La posizione è ottima, Il complesso medioevale è bello e la camera pure.

Cons:

Il bagno puzzava di fogna, la colazione era cattiva e quando abbiamo provato a usare il bagno generale della struttura era sporchissimo.

The location is great. Very near to the central square in old town. Very old nice building.

Cons:

The staff was mostly unfriendly and for example did not greet us. Breakfast very plain. Worth noting that there is no ac and had only a very small window - hot rooms in the summertime.

Uniikki majoitus historiallisessa miljöössä loistavalla sijainnilla. Aamiainen runsas ja monipuolinen ja sisälsi hyviä vaihtoehtoja myös kasvissyöjille.

Cons:

Kesähelteillä huoneissa on todella kuuma ja ilmastointia ei ole. Toisen varaamamme huoneen jääkaappi oli rikki. Aamiaisella oli niin kiireistä että jotakin oli loppu koko ajan - lasit, kahvikupit, hedelmät, kahvimaito.

Mikäli yövyt kadun puolella niin alakerran karsokebaarista riittää iloa koko yöksi, vaikket itse laulaisi.

Neglected.
Pros:

Location in the middle of the old town. Balcony was nice.

Cons:

Staff at the breakfast was overloaded and could not keep the phase with dishes. Coffee machine was broken most of the time. Air in the whole place was thick. Broken bathroom mirror. Beds were not made in the whole visit. The furniture in the balcony was broken.
