Do not keep your expectations high.
Pros:

I Liked the Location. Hotel was largely Clean. Breakfast had limited options but was good.

Cons:

Television was not working when I checked In. I had to call reception for receiving TV Signals. It should be checked prior to handing over the room to a customer. Also had to "ASK" for a towel. I expect it to be there in a business hotel.

Cons:

Please keep a trained man at reception. A man one fourth of my age kept me standing for 15 minutes scanning for booking information. Checkin and checkout at 12 moon is an effort to make some easy money which is distasteful. Please make the checkin and out at 7.0 AM.
