Pros:

Highly disappointed with our 2 night stay. It is close to the airport but price I pay was not worth for this service apartment. Room was small. No towels at Arrival. Ask the hotel staff for towels and toilet papers. Never show up till night because their laundry never arrived. I had to take toilet paper from next room. Next morning asked for iron but couldn't get because some other guest was using it. Wanted to talk to the manager but he arrives late so cannot get hold of him. Will not recommend this place to anyone.

Pros:

When my 7 year old daughter and I arrived, they said they didn't have a reservation for us. I showed them the paper receipt from hotels.com which said our stay was guaranteed and paid for. They said they had sent me an email saying they suddenly couldn't accommodate us due to "a last minute situation". I didn't receive this email. It was after dark in a bad place in town and I was being told that we were not on the check in list. After some time, they decided to put us in another motel that was NOT what I paid for. We were supposed to be in an apartment with a pool and rooftop access. We were stuffed into a tiny room with an old air conditioner that hardly worked. No pool, separate living/dining area, garden... It was just a tiny room that wasn't even clean.

Extremely shocked, frustrating and disheartening.
Pros:

Worst neighborhood, worst ambience, worst management, worst Food, worst room services. In fact this is not a hotel but just a bloody filthy apartments. They are falsely advertising as hotels through hotels dot com. It may be good for the local tourist or for third graded company officials. Not at all worth for any elite families or for any international tourists.
