An enjoyable stay in a comfortable, well located hotel.
Pros:

It was in a great location - close to a subway station and not far from Tenjin and Hakata. It was a quiet, clean hotel. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. The staff were very professional and helpful.

Cons:

A few more coat hangers would be nice, though that is only a small point. There was nothing else that I didn’t like!

A very pleasant stay.
Pros:

Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Ordnung, für das nächste Mal haben wir uns aber für ein anderes Hotel entschieden.

Gute Lage

Cons:

Auch wenn die Rezeption und der Eingangsbereich modernisiert wurden, sind die Zimmer längst aus der Zeit gefallen. Die Kopfkissen sind sehr sehr hart und das Zimmer hatte einen unangenehmen Geruch.

寝るだけのホテル。
Pros:

同窓会会場近くでロケーションが良かった。

Cons:

スタッフの笑顔が乏しい、チェックイン時の女性スタッフは微笑していたが、朝食時のスタッフやチェックアウト時の男性スタッフはまったく笑顔を見せず淡々としていた。サービス業ならせめて愛想笑いくらいすべきかと。

First stay in Fukuoka, decent room and fairly convenient location
Pros:

Very decent room located just few minutes walk from the station.

Cons:

Since my room was in top floor, there was construction going on early in the morning, and there was another construction site opposing the room . So if anyone has noise issue, better to reconfirm with the hotel first.
