Comfortable apartment
Pros:

The apartment is equipped with all necessary things. The room and the bathroom are spacious, comfortable and effective. The manager is communicative and efficient. The kitchen and the washing machine are shared with other guests. The location is quite convenient, in the middle between two metro stops (15 minute walking from both).

Cons:

It's rather noisy because the windows aren't sealed. The entrance to the building is quite run-down.

The location is good and provides an authentic Mumbai experience with lots local businesses around. The neighborhood is safe.

Cons:

The apartment is old and a bit depressing. It can definitely benefit from some upgrades. It's a bit far from some major Mumbai attractions.
