Pros:

朝食バイキングがとっても良かったです！
部屋も快適でした。

Cons:

歯ブラシの袋が空けてあり、歯磨き粉が入っていない物が置かれていた。
フェイスタオルに長い髪の毛が絡まっていた。

湯船の排水溝や換気扇が汚れているのが気になった。

Perfect place to stay near Fukushima station
Pros:

Nice place, deserved grades. It is near the station (10min walk) and at night there is nobody outside, really calm place. Bedroom was nice, clean, well prepared, bed was confortable (you have 2 options to use as pillows) bottle of water for free, really good.

Cons:

The toilete after flush kept water dripping, was a bit annoying before going to bed. Luckly it stopped after a momento but couldn't sleep at first cause of that.
The Wifi of only my room wasn't working (I connected myself to the wifi next room as the passwords are defined with the room number in it, so kinda easy to connect to another room). True that I didn't ask for a check but like it was midnight, too tired to check that at that moment. And I could connect myself to another Wi-Fi so yeah...

出張のホテルとしては必要十分
Pros:

ケトルが壊れていることを伝えたらすぐに別のものを持ってきてくれた。
朝食のメニューが必要十分で、なくなることなく提供されていた。
館内には外国人も多くいたが、とても静かで良かった。

Cons:

角部屋のダブルルームに止まったが、バスルームの設備が古い感じだった。
大窓のレースカーテンの両端が固定されていて、カーテンレールからフックを外さないと開けなかった。

とても良いホテル✨
Pros:

　部屋は広々としていて、とても清潔感があり、眺めも最高でした。不便を感じることなく、快適に連泊できました。
　本来２名での宿泊のところ、間違えて１名の宿泊予約にしていましたが、問題なくスムーズにチェックインさせて頂き、とてもありがたかったです！

Cons:

私が宿泊した部屋だけかもしれませんが、リフォーム前の古い雰囲気が感じられる部屋でした。特に、バスルームは不思議な造りで驚きました。…が、個人的にはレトロ感が面白くもありました。
