Buena ubicación, personal del hotel muy amable y limpieza aceptable
Hay muchísima humedad en las habitaciones, el baño tenía una especie de plásticos en el suelo porque se salía el agua. El restaurante estaba cerrado, con lo que había que desayunar en el hotel de al lado, en el que no había mucha variedad de comida y el producto tampoco era muy bueno. La verdad es que el desayuno bastante mal y además tardaban mucho en atender, el personal del desayuno estaba un poquito despistado. Para acceder al hotel hay que subir unos 20 escalones, aunque esto lo vi en casi todos los hoteles de los alrededores, no sé si tendrá algo que ver con la humedad también...

Location go to everywhere is near and it is a good location hotel. Staffs are friendly, helpful and kindly all the time. They are support and can give all what u ask for it especially the receptionist called Sheila and the tour transporter called tan huynhn(lihn thai) offering a service that makes guests feel like they are treated as "gods" means creating an experience where the guest is given the utmost attention, care, and luxury, almost elevating them to a position of absolute importance. It’s about providing a level of service where every need is anticipated before it’s even expressed, where every detail is taken care of with precision, and where the guest feels like they are receiving special treatment that exceeds expectation.
The atmosphere would be one of luxury, comfort, and indulgence, ensuring that the guest feels like they are receiving the best the hotel has to offer, just like a "god."
But, pls don't go the next door Spa massage, force to pay service tip without notice like a con/scam..pls get and recommend info from hotel when want to do masaage, restaurant & etc.

I had a pleasant stay at the AnThai Saigon Hotel in District 1. The breakfast was decent—there was a good selection of options catering to both locals and foreigners. It's perfect for a quick and satisfying meal before heading out to explore the city.
The hotel's location was ideal for me, as it’s situated in District 1, which is very central. It wasn’t far from the main attractions I wanted to visit, making it super convenient for sightseeing and getting around.
The staff were also wonderful—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with any questions or requests.
Overall, a solid choice for anyone visiting Saigon, especially if you want a comfortable, well-located place to stay with great service.
As for what could have been better, honestly, I couldn’t think of anything. Given the price we paid, the hotel provided great value for the money.
We need to head to Thailand for 5 days and the staff allowed us to store our luggages there. That was nice.
There were mosquitoes in the room, plus the room smelled funky since no AC running when unoccupied. Breakfast short service staff.

Pls if u have chance must check back ur restaurant again. There have 1 staff really make me feeling don't want be back and stay ur place anymore. Pho really very bad . 1 girl Staff service on this morning ( today ) 👎. Cove shose don't have. Food put there for sev for guest staying. If staff got hurry take some and go somewhere for staff have meals. But there it not. Some how my mom and me eat done liap but nonce come and clear it.i had show up pic to 1 girl at Reception after done my breakfast.i'll will tell all my family and friends won't come here.😡

The low water pressure in the shower and the erratic shower temp. The construction next door that create loud drilling all day long from 8am. Construction should be completed by end of march 2025.
Very good location, friendly staff, comfortable bed, reasonable price..
Bad smell in the room and bathroom when checked-in, staff cleaned everything again and it got better. But musty smell stayed in the bathroom. Blood stains on the bedsheets (despite changing them 2x), very thin walls, could hear everything from the hallway and the neighbor room.

The location and check-in were quick. Some staff i must say very helpful and very friendly.
Query in relation to cleanliness as i encountered cockroaches in the room. And hence due to that, despite they offer breakfast, would rather eat elsewhere in the morning.
Free WiFi, breakfast was the usual in Vietnam, nice fresh rolls each morning, eggs and oho cooked on request. Location was good, walking distance to most attractions. Market around the corner. What more do you want!
Shower over bath, nowadays could be changed for walk in shower.
