Locatie die ideaal gelegen is voor een reiziger de reiziger op een budget.
Pros:

Schitterende locatie dichtbij het centrum met vlotte check-in en -out. Propere, ruime studio. Kitchenette is functioneel in orde en voorzien van een kleine koelkast. Voorzieningen komen overeen zoals op foto. Badkamer was ook in orde. Handdoeken waren voorzien. Over het algemeen was het ook rustig in het gebouw, al kan ik me wel voorstellend bij wat luidruchtigere buren dat dit storend zou kunnen zijn.

Cons:

Ik miste in de keuken een koffiezetapparaat, enkel oploskoffie verkrijgbaar. Dat is jammer. Het licht van de gang kan door een kleine spleet onder de deur naar binnen waardoor er snachts licht in de kamer scheen (al stoorde dit mij niet maar ik snap dat dit storend zou kunnen zijn). Check-in is pas mogelijk vanaf 15u. Er is ook geen 24/7 receptie wat handig zou kunnen zijn om problemen te melden.

Mooie locatie, verkeerd appartement
Pros:

De locatie en het appartement.

Cons:

Ons appartement lag naast de lift en deze piept en schuurt en maakt dus heel veel herrie, dag en nacht, achter ons hoofdkussen.

Cons:

ondanks dat we berichten hebben verzonden over late aankomst, ontvingen we geen toegangscode.
gelukkig liet een andere gast ons binnen, en was de host nog aanwezig.
Hij zei echter: Sorry ik ga weg, jullie hebben de code. Pas toen wij aantoonden geen code ontvangen te hebben, gaf hij de sleutelcode om de pasjes te krijgen.
Dat was echt vervelend.

An overall good stay
Pros:

I liked almost everything about this property. Very good location, clean and odor-free, comfortable beds, and very friendly staff. I would like to make a special mention about the front desk gentleman who even helped by lending me the universal electrical outlet adapter.

Cons:

What I didn't like was the strict check-in time. We arrived at the property around 1:30 pm, but were not allowed to enter until 3:00 pm by the person at the reception desk (though he apologized about it later). We were unable to move to a coffee shop since we had no energy to walk with our luggage again, so we waited outside (in front of the entrance) in the cold winter weather. I never received a response to my chat message through the property website (using the link sent by the property) from Brussels Airport after an early landing (around 12-ish) about reaching there early.
Another thing I didn't like is that they don't have any cleaning support during the stay. The guest needs to clean their trash by picking it up and throwing it into the bin inside the parking garage at the basement.
