Pros:

Very good location, all in all comfortable, and cleaned once a week.

Cons:

Some of the amenities were old (such as the sofa), and for a long stay (3 weeks) there was a lack of things such as cleaning products or extra towels

Az elhelyezkedése, a központisága. Könnyen megközelíthető.

Cons:

Nem volt klimatizált. Tetőtéri volt, de ezt csak a helyszínen tudtuk meg. A nyári hőségben ez duplán is "rosszul" esett.

Good property by too expensive for the value.
Pros:

Good location in the center of Leuven and the apartment has clean facilities; good shower and good equipped kitchenette.

Cons:

All is only in one room and the room is very small for three people; ok for staying only one night.
In addition, expect high temperatures in the summer since room has no airco but only a ventilator.
Also, street in front of the apartment is cleaned by municipality at 5.30 a.m. in the morning which makes quite some noise. For the rest, streets are late in the evening fairly quiet.
