Hotel molto accogliente e in una posizione strategica per visitare la città e per arrivare a Spiaggia, porto, giardini.
Pros:

Posizione, accoglienza, disponibilità dello staff, camera grande, pulizia.

Cons:

Posizione della camera sopra ai generatori, con rumore assordante e fastidioso. Impossibile dormire la notte. Colazione da ampliare.

Fine place to stay.
Pros:

The location is good. The room is big and clean. And most of the staff where friendly.

Cons:

Somehow the cleaners had done something to the bathroom so the hole apartment smelled the hole time we stayed there of wc cleaner.
Then make sure when you wanna order a taxi from the staff that you do it with the person who asked u first. Cause they all use their own driver. So at breakfast we where asked if we needed a driver for the day after. We said “maybe” cause we where still planning. Later in the night we went to the reception to order a cap. And then morning after on departure day the same guy at breakfast came over and asked if we still needed a driver. We told him that we already ordered one the night before. And that changes the atmosphere! We kinda got told, how we could do that when he asked first. And we just replied. “Don’t you guys work together as a hotel” where the answer was “no we don’t”. Not a big deal for us, just an unfortunate way to end the trip here at Park Hotel.

Pros:

This hotel is definitely not a 4-star property as advertised. The reception manager was not particularly friendly or welcoming, which made the experience less pleasant.
The rooms were ok with very few amenities.
That said, there are some positives. The breakfast was excellent, with fresh fruit and delicious local pastries offered each morning. Abdulhamid was especially helpful — he went out of his way to assist with organizing tours, and he provided useful tips and clear directions throughout our stay. The hotel is also centrally located and within walking distance of restaurants and Fordhani park, which is very convenient. Booking directly with the property or walking in can get you a cheaper rate.

Overall, while the location and breakfast were highlights, the hotel does not meet 4-star standards.

Pros:

Die Lage ist topp, nicht weit vom Meer und in die Altstadt.
Wir hatten ein Zimmer, das kein ordentliches Fenster hatte, deshalb war der Geruch darin etwas unangenehm.
Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, es gab ein Buffett.

Cons:

Das Zimmer hatte keine Aussicht und kein richtiges Fenster.
Meine Freundin hatte ein anderes Zimmer, da gab es sogar einen Balkon.

Mit diesem Hotel hatten wir uns kurz vor Abreise wieder an den CH-Standards gewöhnen können. Perfekt
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und wir konnten einen guten Preis aushandeln um das Zimmer bis Abends um 20 Uhr behalten zu könnten, da unser Flug um 23:25 war.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage ging nicht ganz richtig. Wir haben jedoch auch nicht gefragt, da wir damit und mit dem Ventilator den Raum doch genügen kühlen konnten.
