Mr Ardian The General Manager and Ms Vebby - Sales Executive are very well organized person to lead all entire team of Solaris Hotel Malang to make our stay comfortable one. This hotel is not young anymore as many new hotels open. They need to do good maintenance for cleanliness of the room especially bad smell from the drainage as well as downstairs at level one from garbage room. The room is quetly convenient, FB Staff is alright nevertheless need to pay extra atttention to cleaning up some left over immediately before asking. Many cigarette buts were not good taking care. The major outstanding points are friendly and helpfull staff of Front Desk and Security Guard. Keep up the good work and do better for the rest to win tough competition in the city.

Nice experience so far. The room is clean and neat. The facilities are working as advertised. Will go here again in the near future.

I stayed at Solaris Hotel Malang for a few nights and it ended up being one of the most pleasant surprises during my trip to East Java. The location is super convenient, close to the nearest airport (18 minutes away by car), and perfectly positioned between the routes to Bromo and Batu, which made exploring the area really easy. My room was clean, airy, and comfortable, with strong Wi-Fi and a beautiful city view. Breakfast was surprisingly good with a nice mix of local and international dishes. What stood out most was the staffs, everyone was genuinely kind, helpful, and made me feel very welcome. With all the promos they offer, the value for money is excellent. I’d happily stay here again when visiting Malang.
