Meio termo.
Pros:

Localização ótima, quartos confortáveis ótimo custo benefício.

Cons:

Se for com muita mala é complicado.
É escada, tem um rapaz que leva as malas mas mesmo assim ele tiver com outro hospede você vai ter que levar rs ou esperar , tive que subir e descer dois lances de escada com 5 malas, foi cansativo de mais !

A área externa e o café da manhã são razoáveis, porém o quarto é bem ruim.
Fiquei no quarto 220 acomodação confort muito pequeno, colchão ruim, quarto pequeno, só tinha um lençol.
