4 nuits moyennes , on s'attendait à un peu mieux

Valentina au petit déjeuner était un ange, une personne très gentille et au service du client. Le parking est assez grand.

Pour un hôtel 4 étoiles, avoir aucun fruit au petit déjeuner, nous n'avons jamais vu.ça. Par mail on nous avait promis 1 suite au 4e étage, en arrivant, nous étions au 1er étage , avec les bruits du dehors que cela comporte. Le gros point noir était l'isolation phonique des chambres ! Depuis la nôtre, on entendait les voisins faire pipi, la télé et quand ils parlaient un peu fort, on entendait tout. Franchement agaçant et pas digne d'un 4 étoiles.

Pros:

Fikk ikke rommet med sjøutsikt som jeg hadde bestilt, men dette rettet de opp i etter klage og fikk da stort rom med flott utsikt selv om de først sa det var helt fullt. Rommet var rent og hotellet har en fin uteplass. Veldig nær flott strand

Cons:

Personalet snakker dårlig engelsk og en del er lite hjelpsomme. De forstår dårlig det man spør om og noen himler med øynene. Hotellet er gammeldags og nokså slitt, bør oppgraderes.
