Pros:

Location and gardens were great.

Cons:

Looked a bit shabby throughout the stairs and hallway. Carpet a bit threadbare. Had to ask for a room change as ceiling had water stains on it and a massive bulk head that you could hit your head on. After speaking to reception we were offered a room change which was much better.

Wobbly desk in the room. TV did not work. The room outdated and not very spacious.

A refreshing stay during the heat wave
Pros:

Comfy beds, a lovely garden and cold air con for a refreshing stay in a heat wave. Nice breakfast.

Cons:

It was in a good location.

Cons:

The breakfast wasn’t ok. We thought it was very poor. The tea was like dish water.
