I couldn’t sleep due to a boiler room making a noise all night. It was loud and made the room vibrate. I was able to move to another room - after midnight.

Lovely breakfast, and the curry lunch was excellent
Отель находится в красивом старом здании. Очень красивая территория. Очень тихо. Рядом вход в Ричмонд парк, где мы сразу же встретили оленей! Это и было целью нашей поездки. В пешей доступности нет магазинов и хороших ресторанов. Все сотрудники максимально приветливые и вежливые. Мгновенно реагируют на вопросы и помогают в их решении. Хорошие завтраки.
Хотелось бы, чтобы уборку периодически проводили более тщательно. Дети случайно махнули полотенцем, очень много пыли на шкафах.
It has a fridge and air conditioning - even though the air conditioning looked like it needed cleaning - also the shower gel started running out the night before check out
We liked the pool but couldn’t use the pool on any of the days booked and also our room was meant to be available from 3pm and we couldn’t check in until about 4.30pm - it would have been nice if they added on an hour for check out or some free drinks whilst we waited
The location of the hotel is fantastic being on the edge of Richmond Park and the outskirts of Kingston. The gardens were very nice and quiet
I feel the Hotel would get a higher rating if the condition of the communal areas was better. It is clear the hotel needs a lot of attention to the interior paintwork and in the 3 days we were staying the public area carpets had not been hoovered. Breakfast was generally good however one morning there were no fruit juices and the serving area was not cleaned or tidied during our sittings.
I generally feel these are al; small items and an easy fix, Give me a paint brush and a day and I could make all the difference
