Comfortable place to stay in a beautiful location
Pros:

I liked the property a lot. it was near a park and the location was quiet and peaceful. the staff were friendly and the place was clean. The breakfast was good and the bedroom we stayed in was very comfortable. The bathroom was also very nice.

Simply lovely.
Pros:

Breakfast was served quickly and was lovely, lots of choice too

We LOVED it
Pros:

I think this might be the nicest hotel we have stayed in. At 8 months pregnant they kindly upgraded us to an available larger room to ensure the bed would be big enough, which was so kind and unexpected.

The room was just amazing and I felt safe, comfortable and slept SO well.

All the team were so welcoming, polite and helpful.

We can't wait to stay again the future.

Breakfast was plentiful, good range, very yummy.

Nice, basic pool, not one to lay around, but nice to have a little dip, gym looked nice.

Lovely outdoor grounds to relax with a cuppa and a book.

Only a 5 minute walk to Richmond Park.

Easy parking at the hotel too.

Thank you so much for such an enjoyable and comfortable stay

Nice hotel. Good value for money
Pros:

Location is great. You have a peaceful garden that allows you to escape the heat of London. Overall ambience of the hotel is nice. Friendly personnel.

Cons:

Bar closes early: 10.45 pm
Breakfast from 7.30 - 10.00 am: when you arrive just before 9.30 you get the feeling of being late.
