Think I will stay at Marriott next time.
Pros:

Hotel was OK, typical Hampton.

Cons:

They charge $5 for parking. Clerk was condescending and lacked the ability to interact with customers effectively, breakfast was very lacking and when I asked the attendant if they had any sugar free syrup, most Hamptons do, she just said no. I had to ask a few times because her English was very poor.

Ok place not so good location and probably wouldn’t go back.
Pros:

Room was pretty clean and comfortable

Cons:

Said we had to pay to park because car thieves caused property to put up a security fence. So essentially passing fees to guest.

Although, the price was good for the time of stay, I don’t think I got the complete service that any paid guest expect.
Pros:

Rika at the front desk gave amazing customer service. We felt welcome by her. She also went the extra mile to find a roll away bed after we requested it at check in.

The breakfast food was good and convenient for my family.

Cons:

I didn’t like that the phone and outlets near the bedside didn’t work. Despite me telling several staff members, it never was fixed during my stay. This was inconvenient considering that this is supposed to be a basic necessity that comes with the room.

The bathroom sink had a leaked that caused the floor
to always be wet. We requested room service for cleaning on our second day and the only thing that was cleaned were the beds being made and the trash emptied. The floor wasn’t vacuumed and the bathroom wasn’t cleaned.
