Pleasant
Pros:

Location was great. Easy to get to from the airport and walking distance to majority of places to visit.

Cons:

The breakfast was very limited and has almost 0 halal options other than bread and pastries which was disappointing. If I am paying additional money for cooled warm food, I might as well buy the breakfast from outside

Pros:

There was a drainage smell in one of the rooms. It was terrible.

We had two rooms and every evening when we returned the room would stink of sewage. This was on the 5th floor and if I am remember correctly - room 512 or 511 facing out at the back.

Pros:

L'hôtel est bien situé, proche de la gare, ce qui est pratique pour se déplacer en train. Le personnel est adorable et attentionné. Notre chambre était située sur cour donc au calme, parfait pour se reposer, nous n'avons pas été gêné par le bruit. L'hôtel dispose également d'une terrasse avec une belle vue sur la ville.

Cons:

Nous aurions aimé avoir des poubelles plus grandes, des crochets pour les serviettes supplémentaire et la climatisation faisait un peu de bruit sinon tout était bien.

Stefanio made me feel bad and scared staying there when he was working.

The rudest ever receptionist Stefanio, made me feel unsafe. The rest of the people working there were lovely, and really professional.
