Mala experiencia en Florencia
Pros:

El desayuno estuvo bien, con opciones varias. La señora que preparaba el café era muy amable y reponía constantemente los productos.

Cons:

Nos tocó una habitación en el tercer piso, con mucha humedad, paredes descascaradas y chorreando agua las ventanas por la condensación debido a la mala ventilación y calefacción. Pasamos frío porque no prendían la calefacción, solo por cortos periodos durante la noche, por lo que la habitación siempre estuvo fría. La cama estaba pegada de un lado a un mueble para colgar ropa y del otro a la pared, por lo que no se podía caminar alrededor.

Je reviendrais sans problème !
Pros:

L'hôtel est très bien situé, proche de tout ! des monuments, des restaurants, c'était très agréable de pouvoir tout faire à pied. Le petit déjeuner est diversifié et bon, du sucré, du salé, et la personne qui nous servait était très agréable.
Les chambres sont assez grandes, les lits confortables.

Cons:

La lumière dans le couloir ne s'éteint pas la nuit, nous n'avions pas le noir complet dans notre chambre.
Le bruit de la clim/chauffage.

Bon choix pour un séjour à Florence
Pros:

Très belle emplacement proche de la gare et des principaux lieux touristiques. Chambre confortable. Hygiène parfaite

Cons:

Un peu plus de café au petit déjeuner serait apprécié

Hôtel rénové, très propre, très bon petit déjeuner, personnel très gentil, bon emplacement.

Cons:

Notre chambre était au bout du couloir et malheureusement un bruit récurrent, sourd, très très gênant nous a vraiment gâché le séjour et nous avons mal dormi. Nous ne savons pas s'il s'agit d'une chaudière ou d'un ascenseur dans l'immeuble à côté mais c'est très gênant. Dommage car cet hôtel mérite 10 sur 10.

Odlična lokacija u blizini svih sadržaja i zeleznicke stanice. Sobe izuzetno čiste , sadrže sve što treba za boravak.Osoblje jako ljubazno i predusretljivo.

В номере очень чисто , все в светлых тонах, хорошая звукоизоляция, прекрасное расположение, в двух шагах от отеля хорошие рестораны. На крыше есть кафе с чудесной панорамным видом

Beautiful hotel and close to train station
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was excellent.

Cons:

We would have liked to have a room ready but we did arrive before check in. Storing bags in lobby was super easy.
