The location was very good for our needs close to the Station and attractions. The room was clean and comfortable. Good choice at breakfast.

Good value but be prepared for some frustrating aspects.
Pros:

Right in the heart of the historic centre of Florence. Staff were courteous and helpful.

Cons:

Bathroom was the worst design you can possibly imagine. WC pushed tightly against a wall, towel rack almost inaccessible, shower door can't open fully as it collides with bidet. Strong odours at times.

Estable pero mejorable
Pros:

El tamaño de la habitación. Es un bloque de pisos que han reformado a hotel. Esto hace que las habitaciones no están hechas como un hotel, y el espacio es mejor.
La ubicación es buena ya que estás al lado de todo. Al punto más lejano de visita hay 20-30 minutos andando. También está muy cerca del tranvía del aeropuerto.

Cons:

La terraza estaba en obras y no pudimos disfrutarla, siendo este un aliciente en la reserva. Deberían avisar al respecto.
El desayuno. Como he dicho antes, no es un hotel como tal, con lo que no está preparado. Hay una variedad mínima de comida sin cosas calientes. Recomiendo no coger desayuno y hacerlo por la calle.
Nuestra habitación se generaba bastante condensación por la noche en las ventanas, seguramente por un mal aislamiento. Con lo que tienes que abrir ventanas para ventilar constantemente y en periodo de frío, no es lo más adecuado.
