It was perfect my family and I love it
Every thing it was ok
Walkable to the village and inclusions
Nothing
Front desk team were lovely and helpful. We arrived early and had a room immediately. Loved that everything was walkable and great inclusions with the room
The hot tubs could have been better, the jets did not work and the age was showing.
The location was fine.
My room had a shower problem. When the water turns on, it pushes the door open and the water sprays all over the bathroom and the floor. It was a lake, and soaked the bath mat and my clothing. Reported it on the first morning of my stay, and they said either maintenance would fix it or another accommodation would be made. Never heard about it again and nothing was fixed. No accommodations were made either.
If it had free breakfast, it would be one of the best places to stay in Blue Mountain.

I liked that it was clean, affordable, and reasonably priced. It was also convenient that there were 2 restaurants on site. Loved the jacuzzis in the back where I could lounge in the shade in the afternoon.
It was a bit dated, didn’t have a microwave in the room, and a bit of a walk to the village (about 10 minutes) with the resort shuttle only operating on weekends.
Pool and restaurants
Furniture is outdated
The value for the location was great.
Room is showing wear and tear, bathroom trim was clearly water damaged from a shower leak. The Carpet had some stains. Our comforter on the bed had a blood stain and we had to request a new one.
