Amazing stay, the hotel had everything and staff was amazing!

Rooms to be a little more cleaner, the room was a little dusty and dirty towels from the guest before were left in the closet.

Great option for skiing
Pros:

The ski lift was literally out the back door. Really great location and comfortable beds. The suite was clean and well maintained especially considering how many people come in with ski boots covered in slush and salt.

Cons:

Not deal breakers, but there were a few odd things that could have been improved. The door to the bathroom for one was a sliding door and incredibly squeaky and hard to move. We had to sleep with the door open in case someone needed to go to the bathroom so we didn't have to make noise opening the door.

Also, when we're in the bathroom we could hear the people next to us in the bathroom through the wall really clearly. The other parts of the room were ok, but the walls in the bathroom were especially thin.

One thing I would like is to have some coffee options, like a Tim's, on site and not have to rely on the two restaurants (which are quite good) for quick food. The closest places (from what I could tell) were in the village. It's a short 8min walk, so not a big deal, but would still like options without having to leave the hotel.

Pros:

- The indoor pool and outdoor hot tubs were a huge hit with the kids.
- The rooms were comfortable and enough space for a family of 3.
- It’s not far from the village at all, but also far enough removed that it’s very peaceful.

Cons:

- The rooms could definitely use some upgrades and updates. They are just dated and run down feeling.
