Good stay!
Pros:

It was the type of stay that would make me strongly suggest your hotel to fellow skiers
Pros:

Excellent breakfast, the voucher was a nice surprise . Enjoyed the ridge runner pass and being right on the ski resort was perfect. I will visit the same way again next season.

Cons:

Nothing bothered me at all.

Pros:

Our concierge upgraded our room to mountain view. The rooms are unbelievably clean! The rainbow trout in the restaurant- The Pottery, was exceptional 👌 Thoroughly enjoyed relaxing in the outdoor hottub during a snowfall. And the ski lift is literally steps from the hotels back door! My family and I are already planning to come back next month!!

Great stay for our family of 4 on a winter escape
Pros:

Great location, large rooms (but small beds) and swimming pool and hot tubs were wonderful.

Great stay, bed was comfortable and the room was nice. Hotel in general is family friendly.
Pros:

The pool was nice, the sauna worked, there was an indoor hot tub and 3 outdoor hot tubs. the rooms were big and clean.

Cons:

some parts of the hotel needed fixing up - broken tiles, cracks, peeled paint, some staining. it's not terrible but could be nicer.

Pros:

Great hot tub and pool. Nice staff and location is good too, right next to Valley lift which is not as crowded as Silver Bullet. Breakfast at Pottery is amazing and they gave us 2 vouchers for it

Cons:

Not as convenient as staying right in the village if you need to shop or buy food. But otherwise is great.

The hotel is okay. the staff are not.
Pros:

There was a shuttle service that stops right outside the hotel.

Cons:

Hotels are supposed to be all about the service. We only had one service call during the entire stay and the staff did not handle that well. Rude technician and front desk did not answer any of our following calls after that. Not very Canadian.

It was really good, we'll be back again.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable, receive a small gift for my birthday (cake made of towels with a note and sweet popcorn), we didn't have to pay for the 2 hour early check in. Additionally, we like that in the price, it includes serveral complimentary activities, and the $20 dollar credit for the hotel restaurant.

Cons:

The TV was not smart TV and be able to connect to Netflix.

The new sauna was great

Cons:

The furniture in the rooms needs upgrading. The price had significantly increased. The king size beds would be more comfortable.

Pros:

I love this resort. There are a lot of things to do for the whole family. The house was big enough, clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Can you please add body lotion? It's very important in winter 🙏🏻
