Llegar cansado después de un día agotador y finalmente disponerme a disfrutar de la habitación junto a mi pareja debía ser una experiencia agradable. Sin embargo, al realizar el check-in, subir los 9 pisos y recorrer todo el pasillo hasta la habitación, nos encontramos con que las tarjetas de acceso no estaban activadas.

Tras intentar varias veces sin éxito, tuvimos que contactar a recepción, pero en lugar de recibir asistencia, fui yo quien tuvo que recorrer nuevamente todo el trayecto: caminar el pasillo, bajar los 9 pisos, solicitar la reactivación de las llaves y luego volver a subir. Esta situación deja bastante que desear en cuanto a la calidad del servicio, ya que podrían haber ofrecido apoyo o alguna solución más eficiente.

Por otra parte, uno de los atractivos principales era la vista al mar. Lamentablemente, los ventanales se encontraban sucios, lo que impidió disfrutar plenamente del paisaje. Considerando que incluso había una hermosa luna esa noche, no poder apreciarla adecuadamente hizo que la experiencia fuera aún menos grata.

Pros:

Muy cómodo, buen restaurante, habitación limpia , personal amable, buena ubicación.

Cons:

El mal olor en el estacionamiento ( subterráneo) que se traspasa a los ascensores y en algunos horarios al restaurante.
Importante remediar esto.
