Se supone que tienen que esperar que uno salga y entregue la habitación a las 12 del día sin embargo mi habitación la abrieron a las 10 de la mañana eso me molesto bastante entre otras situaciones más que pasaron esta ves no fue grata mis pequeñas vacaciones

Fin de semana con nuestros nietos

Hola, lo que más me gustó fue la ubicación, tiene una hermosa vista desde la habitación, el personal en general muy amable, fue bueno tener una tabla de planchar y una plancha para poder retocar el planchado de mi ropa.

Cons:

Lo que no me gustó fue la falta de mantención en el baño, habían artefactos oxidados y otros detalles de mantenimiento.

Les sugiero que en la terraza dónde está la piscina se preocupen del agua que va quedando en el piso alrededor de la piscina, viaje con mis dos nietos y ese detalle me preocupo al momento de disfrutar de la piscina.

Me lleve un momento incómodo en el comedor cuando desayunamos con mi familia, por la falta de comunicación entre el personal.
Posteriormente, recibimos las disculpas correspondientes por parte de la encargada Pero nuestro desayuno ya había sido interrumpido en dos ocasiones por el mal entendido.

La atención del personal muy amable. La ubicación muy buena, frente a la playa Cavancha.. Habitación espaciosa, linda vista.

Cons:

Para el precio que pagué deberia haber incluido el desayuno. Le falta una piscina exterior.
