It was not pleasant. I will not be staying at another one--I promise you that.
Cons:

The bed was horrible. The breakfast was not good at all. We ended up going out and purchase our breakfast even after trying the breakfast--then all the other days we ate elsewhere. When I booked the room through Booking.com I said I had pets and paid for the room. When I arrived I was charged more---this is an inconvenience--- this should not fall on me because the hotel chain and booking.com cannot communicate proper any charges and charge them appropriately.

Best hotel we have ever stayed at!
Pros:

Had a little bit of everything for breakfast. Rooms were much bigger and nicer than I had anticipated. Very clean and the staff were all great!

Cons:

There really wasn't anything we didn't like! We had no complaints at all.

Pool isn't too safe
Pros:

The staff was friendly and helpful with any question or concerns.

Cons:

While my children were swimming in the pool they realized that the bottom of the pool was scraping their feet and upon getting out the pool there were really bad scratches on their feet that were bleeding. I didnt let the staff know when I retrieved band aids but thats a hazard for people to cut their feet in the pool.

Not worth the hassle
Pros:

Good location. 10min away from the Pro Football Hall of Fame.

Cons:

Noisy neighbors. Had to complain about noise next door multiple times. Eventually had to switch rooms at 11pm and the staff was very apologetic but that was it. I had to move because they wouldn’t in force their own quiet hours. Would have liked a full refund.
