Personnel disponible et fait de son mieux pour votre bien être

Cons:

Problem de fuite d'eau dans notre chambre familiale le jour de notre arrivée, nous avons observé les travaux en cours. Le personnel s'est comme même excusé et proposé deux chambres à la place que nous avons gentiment remercié et refusé pour rester ensemble. nous n'avons donc pas pu profiter de notre chambre familiale prévu.
Le tapage nocturne à l'extérieur.
À enrichir les ustensiles de cuisine.

Pros:

Residence has an elevator which was very helpful with suitcases and also the staff was very helpful. The area is safe and 5 min away to Taksim Square. I would recommend this place to families with kids.

Badly hotel I ever stayed

Cons:

It was the dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed in. It was much smaller than you think. All the floorboards were removed. However, it smelled very bad. There were five of us in the bar and we had children with us. It was very unpleasant for us. We warned them several times to change our room but they didn't. It was so dirty that I still can't eat properly

Great value for money accommodation.
Pros:

The accommodation is conveniently located near the lively Istiklal area, where you’ll find plenty of shops and restaurants. It’s also close to the metro and about an 8-minute walk (if I remember correctly) to the Havabus or Havaist stop, which provides transport to and from the airport.

The unit we booked was the one below the ground floor, and you have the option to take the stairs or use the lift. It’s a two-bedroom flat with a kitchen. We were provided with complimentary water, soap, shower gel, shampoo, and slippers daily, which was a nice added bonus. The staff are friendly and accommodating, and for the price we paid, it truly offers great value for money.

Cons:

The noise from outside is unavoidable, so there’s not much that can be done about it. If you’re a light sleeper, this place might not be the best fit. The room lighting could also be improved — perhaps adding an option for brighter lights would help. Additionally, the air conditioning is only available in one room, so during the summer, you might need to keep the other room’s door open to share the cool air.

Voor een stedentrip was het hotel acceptabel.

De locatie en vriendelijk personeel

Cons:

De kwaliteit van de bedden. Het plafond in de slaapkamer had schimmel nel als in de badkamer. De kraan op het keukenblok lekt. Hierdoor was ook het laminaat van de kamer ‘verdikt’.
