Pros:

We loved that the staffs are so accommodating and very nice. We loved that it’s near Ubud center it was easy to go around the area. The staffs always ask if we want our room cleaned and if we need anything. Service was exceptional.

Cons:

There are 2 pools at the property but the other one was not that clean. The rooms are big and even though they clean our room everyday it’s as if it’s still not clean enough. Or maybe because it’s obvious that it’s already old. No remodelling done for a while and it’s obvious.

Beautiful grounds and great location. Terrible wifi
Pros:

We arrived late at night, and check-in was smooth. The hotel grounds looked absolutely beautiful!! The staff was extremely helpful when we wanted sth.

Cons:

When we entered our room, it was clear it hadn’t been prepared for new guests. There were no towels, no trash bin, and the bed was a disaster—covered in someone else’s hair with sheets that had visible stains. It was obvious the bedding had not been changed after the previous guests, which is completely unacceptable.
The Wi-Fi connection was terrible, making it hard to stay connected.
The final disappointment was breakfast. It was shockingly poor—a tiny, sad buffet with only bread, noodles, and some fruit.

We spent 2 nights with kids and I would say it was good.
Pros:

Room size & amenities in the room along with nature outside room.

Cons:

Entrance and reception area. Bit narrower considering others.

Pros:

I had an amazing stay here. The staff was warm and very welcoming and attentive. I travelled with my toddler and they made sure we were well taken care of. I even extended my stay, I love this place and breakfast was good too. Great laundry service. I highly recommend and will definitely stay here again.
