Taxim Lounge Hotel - Special Class

The staff were very helpful,I also liked the fact that it was close to the metro so it was easy getting around. A couple of bars near by so a little noisy late at night but it wasn’t terrible.

Staff need to be more polite towards guests

It was a great experience to stay here, since all staff were very kind and helpful, very clean hotel and the rooms, and also great location. Surely i will stay here if i visit Beypglu again.

Hotel was comfortable and convenient and great complimentary breakfast.

Mükemmel kalite süper

Güzel bir odaydı ama ben balkonlu bir oda istemiştim yani balkonlu oda seçmiştim yandaki odayı verdiler.

We stayed at Taxim Lounge Hotel in Istanbul from January 4th to 9th, and unfortunately, our experience was far from pleasant.

One of the biggest issues was the unbearable stench coming from the toilet and bathroom. Despite raising our concerns with the staff, nothing was done to resolve the issue. Every night, we covered the shower drain, sink hole, with wet towel and tightly closed the bathroom door, but the strong odor persisted, filling the entire room. It made our stay uncomfortable and unpleasant.

To make matters worse, there was no internet for three days due to road or building construction outside. While we understand external factors can cause disruptions, it was incredibly inconvenient, and no alternative solutions were offered by the hotel.

The room itself was outdated and in dire need of maintenance. The doorknob was loose and falling apart, and the wooden door and bed were chipping. Overall, the room’s condition did not meet basic expectations, making the stay even more frustrating.

On a positive note, the staff were friendly and approachable. However, their kindness could not make up for the issues we encountered during our stay.

We would not recommend Taxim Lounge Hotel unless significant improvements are made to the facilities and overall upkeep.

Çalışanlarıyla ve konumuyla gerçekten çok güzel bir otel. Ailecek gitmek isteyenler gönül rahatlığıyla kullanabilirler. Gidecek herkese iyi eğlenceler

Eine gute und preiswerte Unterkunft in der Nähe zu Taksim. Das Economy Zimmer ist perfekt für Alleinreisende, man hat alles, was man braucht. Das Bett ist bequem, ein paar Sachen im Bad waren teilweise kaputt, das stört mich aber nicht. Das Frühstück ist auch gut, man hat eine sehr gute Auswahl von verschiedenen Köstlichkeiten. Es ist laut in der Umgebung, aber das ist ja klar, wenn man in der Nähe von der Hauptstraße Istiklal wohnt. Es ist super, dass man preiswerte Hotels in der Umgebung finden kann. Auch großes Danke an die Rezeption, die mir einen Regenschirm für den ganzen Tag ausgeliehen hat.

Das Hotel hat eine super Lage, ganz in der Nähe der Istiklal, in der Nähe sind ein paar Türkische Live Musik Bars, allerdings hört man das kaum im Zimmer. Sehr hilfsbereits und liebes, vorausschauendes Personal, sowie an der Rezeption auch im Service. Die Auswahl des Frühstücksbuffet war super. Sezgin betreut das Frühstücksbuffet, ist sehr höflich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Ich war alleine als Frau angereist und habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt, meine zwei Freundinnen fanden das Hotel auch super als Sie mich besuchten und würden beim nächsten Aufenthalt auch das Taxim Lounge Hotel buchen wollen. Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt.
