The location was good, close to the train station.

Cons:

It was very cold, and one of the windows wouldn’t close properly. The room was cold, the carpet was dirty and covered in stains, and everything was very old and worn out. I was not satisfied with my stay.

Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis war nicht angemessen.Eine Sanierung im Sanitärbereich wäre ratsam.

Cons:

Das Viertel der Lage/Strasse des Hotels ist nicht ansprechend. Der Eingang sieht nicht wie auf den Bildern von 2008 einladend aus. Ebenso der Hausflur, sowie Aufzug sind sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig und man fragt sich, ob im 5.Stock die Unterkunft ist.
Das Zimmer roch trotz Nichtraucherschild an der Zimmertür nach Zigarette, was sicher dem verbrauchtem Interieur zu Schulden kommt.
Am schlimmsten war das Bad mit verschimmelten Fugen, einem total versifften Syphon, wie auch ein Duschvorhang, der einem am Körper kleben bleibt…Für 160 Euro die Nacht (2 Personen) hätte ich mehr erwartet gerade im Sanitärbereich.
Mein Vergleich vor 2 Jahren in München ebenso eine Unterkunft direkt gegenüber vom Bahnhof für die Hälfte gebucht und besser.Das war Preis Leistung.
Eine Aktualisierung der Bilder wäre auch angebracht.
Ansonsten war das Zimmer aber sauber.

Greit å bo der en natt. Grunnet stor etterspørsel var det lite å velge i. Prisen var dyr ift standard.

Fin beliggenhet.

Lav standard. Visste det var toalett på deling, så helt greit.

Вибачте, але я взагалі не можу зрозуміти як можна залишити брудну склянку в якій були залишки зубної пасти від попередніх людей

Einmal und nicht normal!
Pros:

Die Unterkunft war sehr Zentral und nahe am HBF.

Cons:

Leider waren die Einrichtungen sehr veraltet! Kaputte Waschbecken! Toiletten waren zwar sauber, aber leider auch alles alte Möbeln wie von der Zeit bei Oma! Man hat auch im Nebenraum die Dusche hören können!

Perfect for a short stay close the main train station
Pros:

The location is excellent if you are travelling with train, also has many restaurants within walking distance. But, it can be difficult for sensible or scary people since there is a homeless shelter round the corner and also a few sex shops. Anyway, the place felt safe like any other train station surrounding areas in any german city: full of homeless, sex shops and gambling casinos; but no problem at all.
My room was huge, for 3 people, with included bathroom and big desk to work. The bed was comfy and the windows isolate the noise from the street perfectly.
Internet was working perfectly and medium speed.

Cons:

The hotel is very old and badly maintained, so it looks like you are staying in a bad place, but actually it should have been a nice place to stay 30 or 40 years ago. The entrance is by a side door and then you have an old elevator to 5th floor and looks scary if you come alone at night.
Badly iluminated in general, so the experience seems more creepy.
