Insgesamt handelt es sich um Kritik auf hohem Niveau, da wir trotz kleiner Schwächen einen sehr gelungenen Aufenthalt ha
Pros:

Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt und wurden sogar positiv überrascht. Das Hotel bietet ein wirklich starkes Sportprogramm, das für aktive Gäste ein echtes Highlight ist. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die hervorragend organisierten Fahrradtouren mit sehr kompetenten und engagierten Guides. Auch im Tennisbereich ist das Niveau hoch, es sind viele gute Spieler vor Ort und der Trainer Jannis ist sehr freundlich und professionell.

Das allgemeine Kursangebot ist ebenfalls sehr vielfältig und gut organisiert, sodass man sich als sportbegeisterter Gast bestens beschäftigen kann.

Die Anlage selbst ist wunderschön und sehr gepflegt, besonders der Garten ist wirklich außergewöhnlich und ein echtes Highlight. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, den wir aufgrund des Sportangebots und der schönen Anlage definitiv weiterempfehlen und auch wieder besuchen würden.

Cons:

Die Tennisplätze sind von früh bis spät komplett ausgebucht, sodass die Kapazität im Verhältnis zur Nachfrage zu gering ist.

Im Bereich Beachvolleyball besteht deutliches Verbesserungspotenzial: Die Plätze sind in keinem guten Zustand und haben sehr wenig Sand, wodurch man eher auf hartem Untergrund spielt. Zudem fehlt eine Einteilung nach Spielniveau, was das Spielerlebnis beeinträchtigt.

Die Gastronomie ist insgesamt in Ordnung, jedoch kein Highlight. Das Hauptrestaurant ist sehr groß und laut, teilweise eher wie eine Kantine, wodurch die Atmosphäre wenig gemütlich ist. Die À-la-carte-Restaurants sind zwar besser, aber die Plätze sind stark begrenzt und schnell ausgebucht, sodass man früh reservieren muss.

Insgesamt handelt es sich jedoch um Kritik auf hohem Niveau.

Gutes Hotel, leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber mit viel Angebot bei Sport und Esseb

Das Buffett und die Aussicht aus unserem Zimmer waren top. Auch das Sportangebot kann sich sehen lassen. Die Sauna ist ein Traum. Uns hat es grundsätzlich gut gefallen und wir haben sogar um 2 Tage verlängert.

Cons:

Zimmer sind etwas hellhörig und die schlechte durchgelegene Matratze spür ich heute noch. Was mir und meiner Partnerin durchgehend aufgefallen ist, ist dass die MitarbeiterInnen leider nie wirklich glücklich wirkten. Wir hatten bereits im Vorfeld einige fragen, auch diese wurden meist sehr spät beantwortet und oft wurden meinen Fragen auch nicht wirklich beantwortet.
