We enjoyed the facilities. Calm relaxed atmosphere. Room was spacious and clean.
The service was generally good.
The food was okay, but could have been better considering the size and staff.
We found Thursdays buffet was lifted up to a great level, but the other days it seemed to be lower standard. Did notice it was a big turnover day.
That might be why. The wine was a little off.. other drinks was fine

Cleanliness. Everywhere was spotless.
Out of 4 speciality restaurants only 2 were open and even then only 2 nights a week. We weren't able to book in any of them as they were fully booked. The Fresh Fish grill was closed completely which meant eating in the buffet bar was very repetitive. The location is quite isolated and without a car there are not many places to eat nearby. We upgraded to the adults area so that we could drink premium spirits but were not aware that as soon as you left the adult area for entertainment etc you are expected to pay for branded spirits.
wir fühlten uns sehr gut betreut und haben das vielfältige Angebot genossen. Das Essen war großartig. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Nur noch ein Hinweis: es wäre super, wenn man vorher schon weiß, dass man einen Tisch reservieren muss für den Restaurants. Wir hatten nur vier Tage und kaum Zeit mehr Restaurants wahrzunehmen, weil alles ausgebucht war.
Das Klinikpersonal war zwar sehr nett, aber als wir das Zimmer übernommen haben, haben wir diverse Unreinheiten entdeckt.
Everything together on site, right on the beach. Very clean and tidy, rooms always clean and fresh towels. Everything clearly signposted.

The food was excellent, 10/10, so tasty, varied, replenished, hot, healthy.
The location of the hotel is good, being near to Jandia beach. Also near to lovely town and beach at Morro Jable.
All staff were extremely pleasant, cheerful, polite, helpful. Facilities great - fantastic range of swimming pools, which suited us as I needed todo some swimming practice and the rectangular pool was ideal for that. We love the spa area with its naturist area, cool pool, sauna, steam room, coffee and drinks available. Just perfect. The tennis group coaching is fabulous, fun and helpful.
Having a drinking water dispense in each block is great. The entertainment - we enjoyed the live music in Wunderbar and Plaza Bar. We didn’t go to the shows in the Teatro.
The downside is that there is not a nice little town to walk in to. Morro Jable is attractive but too far to walk in an evening and the bus service not that great. Perhaps the hotel could run a shuttle bus to/from Morro Jable once or twice a day. The tennis coaching groups fill up quickly, could you increase the number of sessions.
The Plaza bar is fine when weather is hot but often it was a bit too cool there in the evenings.
I would have liked the option to have heating on in our room as the weather can be quite cool or damp.
