Osprey Menorca Hotel

A localizacao muito boa, limpeza ok, mas o café da manhã decepcionante. No primeiro dia ja foi fraco, no segundo dia cortaram pela metade, e quando reclamei me enviaram um email falando que era devido o baixo numero de hospedes e fim de temporada. Entao é melhor que nao vendam hospedagem com cafe da manha. Um cafe da manha ridículo nada a ver com o que ja experienciei nas ilhas baleares.

This hotel is quite close to the rather small beach. It has a large lobby and some helpful staff. The first room could not be locked from the inside so after a written complaint as my verbal complaint was not taken seriously we were given another room with some added facilities the following day. However, there were black ants in this room, the commode seat was coming off at one end and the bed was so soft that I woke up with serious pains in my lower back on both nights that we slept there. The rooftop pool area was a highlight—a beautiful sun trap with comfy beds that was wonderfully quiet, perfect for relaxing in the late afternoon and early evening. The breakfast was nice and good value for the price, but the queue for the lone coffee/tea machine was long and slow so it is recommended that another machine be installed at the other end of the counter. We also had a great dining experience at the hotel's restaurant, where the food was delicious and the views of the beach were lovely. It would be nice if all rooms are thoroughly checked for issues and fixed so that customers have no cause for complaint.

Great location room.105 was very clean and modern comfy bed ,with very helpful friendly staff great walk in shower handy lift to the 1st floor very close to free parking and only a 3 minute walk to the beach.
Access to local shops and bars is via either a quite steep hill or up 180 steps not for people with mobility issues

Noisy room due to busy road and bar below, it was a superior room with coffee pod machine (we couldn't get it to work properly ).
Very small.pool area , beds and cabanas needed updating , and didnt like the look of the buffet style breakfast

We had a lovely stay here and the beach is beautiful.

We had a great stay, we will definitely return. Staff was amazing and the hotel was also great! Location is also really good. We were also able to reserve a taxi to the airport through reception which was really nice :)

We loved our stay at Osprey. The restaurant and pool area are beautiful. Room was spacious and had free parking directly across the hotel. Only complaint was the hard beds and someone was smoking in the room above and it caused our room to smell like smoke our last 2 nights. Not sure, but seemed to be an issue with ventilation.

Hôtel très bien situé. Petit- déjeuner sympathique. Parking public en face. Piscine sur le toit.

Seul petit problème d'insonorisation dans les chambres.

Estadia extremamente recomendavel! Fui muito bem atendido pela recepcionista Wendy, que foi sempre muito solicita em ajudar com indicaçoes de praias e restaurantes!
O café da manha no terraço, com diversas opçe

Muy buena relación calidad precio, personal muy amable. Buen desayuno. Como sugerencia, creemos que las toallas podrían ser cambiadas si se las dejamos en el suelo o algo, pues nos las cambiaban todos los días aunque no fuera necesario.

Établissement calme idéal en famille . Très propre le linge de toilette est changé tout les jours . Personnel agréable .

Die Hotellage ist super, da es nahe an der Bucht liegt. Außerdem sind die Zimmer sauber.

Das Frühstücksbüffet hat leider nicht viel Auswahl und ist auch nicht lecker (hier wurde leider das günstigste eingekauft).

Außerdem ist ein kostenloser Check-In wirklich erst um 15:00 Uhr möglich.
Wir kamen um 14 Uhr an, wollten unsere Koffer gerne ins Zimmer bringen (falls dieses bereits bezugsfertig war) und dann direkt zum Strand gehen. Das Zimmer war laut Rezeption bereits fertig, jedoch hätten wir für 25,00€ pro Person im Restaurant des Hotels essen müssen um die Zimmerkarten zu erhalten.

Essen - Flop!

Muy buena la atención del personal, también la ubicación cercana a la playa, no funciona internet y los televisores son pequeños y antiguos, desactualizados, sin internet
