Front desk had no record of reservation even though I prepaid & showed them the receipt. The worst part was that Hotels.com was completely useless in helping to resolve the problem. I will be canceling my Hotels.com account.

the hotel itself is very modern and clean, the room is magnificent very spacious and with a tremendous view. amanda at the reception was incredibly helpful and kind! very kindly offered to push my checkout and served me with great kindness. would definitely recommend the hotel with amazing staff!!

Comfortable room

Minha experiência neste hotel foi simplesmente incrível e superou todas as expectativas. Desde o momento do check-in até o momento da minha partida, fui recebido com extrema cordialidade e profissionalismo por toda a equipe. A recepção foi muito eficiente, o processo de entrada foi ágil e os atendentes sempre muito bem treinados, simpáticos e dispostos a ajudar em todas as necessidades.

O quarto em que fiquei hospedado era espaçoso, extremamente limpo, confortável e muito bem decorado, com uma atenção especial aos detalhes que fizeram toda a diferença. A cama era extremamente confortável, o enxoval de alta qualidade e o ambiente transmitia uma sensação de aconchego e tranquilidade perfeita para uma estadia relaxante. Além disso, o quarto contava com uma excelente infraestrutura: ar-condicionado silencioso, televisão de tela plana com vários canais, frigobar bem abastecido e uma conexão Wi-Fi estável e rápida, fundamental para quem precisa trabalhar ou se manter conectado.

As áreas comuns do hotel são igualmente impecáveis. O lobby é moderno, confortável e decorado com muito bom gosto, oferecendo ambientes para socialização e relaxamento. A área da piscina é maravilhosa, com espreguiçadeiras confortáveis e um serviço de bar eficiente, ideal para momentos de lazer. A academia do hotel é bem equipada, com aparelhos modernos e em perfeito estado de conservação, permitindo manter a rotina de treinos mesmo durante a viagem.

Good hotel. Very reasonably priced. I booked a river view double room and I was on the 22nd floor - the second highest. On a clear day, the view is spectacular, of both Dandong itself and, of course (and best of all), North Korea, with views of both urban and rural North Korea clearly visible and very close up. My room window didn't face the bridge, and I had to look right to see North Korea, but I could still see a lot, and I could see the bridge view from the corridor windows. If you're staying at this hotel, it's likely you're here for the North Korea reason, and this hotel is ideally located near the Broken Bridge and river cruises. A river cruise is a must, because it goes right up to the river bank of North Korea. I saw North Koreans working on rusty old boats, carrying heavy sacks on their backs, and riding bicycles - just like you see on TV. The hotel is a 5-minute walk from the train station, as well, and very close to authentic Korean food restaurants (you'll have to look around in the back streets for those). Unfortunately, my room had a very weak internet connection.

The hotel is quiet with all the polite servants.

The room was very spacious and well equipped.

The location is really unbeatable. The hotel is within walking distance to the bridge and train station. There is also a mall in the building. The Great Wall Hushan is about 25 minutes by Didi.

The staff really fulfilled our every wish, a great service!
