Good price with very basic service

Perfect! Great location... close to shops amd beach.

Clean and good size appartment. Staff very helpful amd friendly. Short walk to beach which was very quiet. Long beach and you could sit and watch the fishermen bringing in their catch.

체크인 시간이 많이 걸림. 아파트 형태. 여리 가능. 근처에 슈퍼마켓 있음. 100 m 이내에 맥도날드 있음.

Det er anden gang vi bruger dette lejligheds-hotel som indledende base for vort ophold i Oman. Denne gang var vi 3 voksne ( 1 opredning) og allegevel er der godt med plads i rummene. Der tilbydes en udmærket morgenmad og ellers er der et lille minimarked og en coffee-shop udenfor hotellet. Der er gåafstand til bystranden hvor man sagtens kan bade.
Da der næsten ikke er offfentlig transport i Muscat er en lejebil altid en god idé. Har man det er hotellet rimeligt centralt placeret og med egne parkeringsmuligheder.
Alt ialt et godt tilbud til prisen.

Surprise en arrivant car nous n'étions pas attendus... nous avons tout de même obtenus la chambre prévue. Mais avec 2 enfants, la taille est limité et rien n'est prévu pour 4 : vaisselle, serviettes, literie (matelas TRÈS fins). Il a fallu tout demander, parfois plusieurs fois !
Heureusement, le personnel a toujours été remarquable de gentillesse et très aidant pour toutes les démarches et conseils.

Overall a very pleasant stay. Could be better soundproofed as a lot of people use their car horns. Location is decent, but you mainly need to drive everywhere in Muscat. Good shower and WiFi.

Il manque un vrai service de petit déjeuner du coup nous le prenions à l'extérieur. l'hotel peut livrer en chambre du café et autres si commande assez tôt la veille.

Valitsimme hotellin, koska tarvitsimme keittiota, jossa oli oma jaakaappi, mikro ja vedenkeitin. Meri oli myos vain muutaman sadan metrin paassa. Se ei tosin ollut mikaan yleinen uimaranta. Hotelli oli aika meluisassa kadunkulmassa, jossa autot rallittivat. Sijainti lahella kaikkia kauppakeskuksia ja keskustaa. Hotellissa siivous paivittain.

The bedbugs mentioned by previous reviewers seem to be gone. I had a large seaview room on the top floor which I felt was worth the US$90.

Our 2-bedroom apartement + kitchen and bathroom was spacious, nice and clean. There was helpful and kind staff around 24/7.
Location is in a quiet local neighbourhood but still close to one of Muscat's main roads. There's a coffeeshop and small supermarket next door.
It is an ideal residence if you just need a safe and needly haven for your stay. Very good value for money.
As everywhere else in Muscat a car is required.

Excellent hotel but unfortunately it's in a horrible neighborhood in the sense that it's too far away from everything. You definitely need to rent a car to move around comfortably. Hotel itself is outstanding with rooms that resemble apartments with great amenities.

Wir wollten etwas von Muscat sehen, aber nicht in einem teuren Luxushotel wohnen. Das Alferdous ist völlig OK, man hat Platz, alles ist sauber und ordentlich.

Was good, but there were 2 bugs (tick? bed bug?). We read other people's comments so brought a bug spray and tea tree oil from home. We used it so didn't get bitten.
