One night stay on our way to Boston Logan. About an hour to the airport in the early morning worked out perfectly.
Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

There was no one on site to let us know how to check out, leave room keys, etc.

Classic New England Inn

We stayed in the Orchid room with shared bathroom with one other guest room. The whole house and property is very cute and clean - a beautiful property, with a friendly host. I particularly enjoyed sitting on the front porch in a rocking chair to watch and listen to a thunderstorm roll through. The guest room was comfortable and cozy, but the bed could maybe use an upgraded mattress. I’d also love to see the managers switch away from single-use shampoo, lotion, etc. bottles, and instead just have larger refillable pump bottles in the bathrooms. Also, if it wouldn’t be too much of a production, having someone provide a nice homemade breakfast in their beautiful dining room would make this a perfect and classic stay at an inn. Overall, a lovely stay.

Excellent stay, we highly recommend it.
Pros:

It was spotless clean and very nicely maintained and decorated. We loved the breakfast sharing a table and getting to know other travellers.

Pros:

It was a house, a B & B. There was a shared bathroom. We works have known. The shower stall for creeked, like the floor under it had rotted from water damage. The door to our from stuck in the door frame and was hard to open and close.
The breakfast was, however excellent. And the house and grounds were charming and beautiful.

There was no breakfast offered, I wasn't aware of this until we arrived, however, looking back at the reservation email, it did mention that the breakfast could not be offered due to timeof year, I guess. I must have missed that detail when I received the reservation confirmation.!

Cons:

everything was fine, a small trash receptacle wasn't emptied in my room when i arrived, but as soon as I alerted the host, it was taken care of : )

Pros:

Beautiful house and rooms! Very responsive to emails and accommodating special requests. We stayed here for a quick getaway after our wedding on short notice. They were able to have a bottle of champagne with only a couple hours notice. And we're quick to mail a jacket we left behind. Great customer service.

Cons:

Price was high, however that seems to be the case across the board.
