The towels were dirty and used. The bathroom was also dirty as well as the sheets on the bed. The door handle in the bathroom stayed in my hand eventhough I did not pull hard.

1. Personel nie miły, nie pomocny, nie probuje zrozumieć problematycznej sytuacji.
2. Okna strasznie brudne, nic nie widać.
3. Żelazko… podstawowa rzecz której nie było, powiedzieli ze ktoś go wziął nie wiedza kto i więcej nie ma. Hotel gdzie ponad 300 pokoi niema żelazka- porażka.
4. Zostawione rzeczy w łazience poprzednich gosci- czyli słabe sprzątanie.
5. Telewizor netflix albo youtub nie działa.

Las almohadas no existen. En su lugar hay cuatro cojines que son incómodos y es imposible dormir con ellos. La escobilla del baño, una asquerosidad. Lo único aceptable es que está relativamente cerca de la Grande Place.
El personal de recepción. No hacen nada y cuando les pides algo, te miran con cara de asco y parece que les estás molestando. Les pedí la factura la noche antes de viajar, pero ¡NO!, tenía que ser en el segundo exacto que te marcharas, ni antes ni después. Tardó más de 10 minutos en imprimir una factura, y encima lo hizo mal. Lo que supuso esperar más tiempo y el taxi esperando. De los cinco días que estuvimos hospedados, tres la cafetera estropeada, y en su lugar, te ponen un bote de Nescafé soluble. El desayuno pobre: zumos de tetra-brick de dos sabores, y 3 napolitanas y 3 croissant para coger. También hay que decir, que el precio del desayuno no es caro.
