Très décevant. La prestation est très largement surestimée dans la communication de l'hôtel.
Pros:

Emplacement géographique, amabilité du personnel (avec un professionnalisme variable d'une personne à l'autre, du très bon au médiocre). Vue sur la ville. Confort de la literie et de la salle de bains.

Cons:

Chaleur épouvantable dans le bâtiment, faiblement compensée par le ventilateur. Le bâtiment est certes passif, mais la gestion passive des canicules n'y a pas du tout été pensée. Le vis-à-vis et la conception des fenêtres/rideaux rend difficile l'aération nocturne et probablement que des dispositifs structurels ne sont pas mis en œuvre (aération des cages d'escalier par exemple). Le bruit ambiant (la rue et le parc proche sont très animés jusque tard dans la nuit, ce n'est pas une mauvaise chose mais il vaut mieux le savoir) n'est pas très incitatif pour ouvrir la fenêtre la nuit.
Malgré mon avertissement au réceptionniste concernant le fait que la lumière de l'ascenseur ne fonctionnait pas (faut pas être claustrophobe, surtout par 30°C dans les espaces communs!), puis que j'entendais de l'eau couler dans cette cage d'ascenseur depuis la cabine, aucune mise en sécurité n'en a été fait ("'c'est dimanche, personne ne viendra réparer mais c'est pas grave"). Le lendemain, les pompiers étaient sur place pour pomper l'eau et condamner l'ascenseur, ce qui a été l'occasion d'apprendre où était la bonne cage d'escaliers, l'une d'entre elles ne menant qu'à des portes non déverrouillables avec le pass (on aime le découvrir au 4ème étage par canicule).
Vétusté (l'hôtel a environ 10 ans) de divers équipements, huisseries. Une terrasse au 6ème étage est même carrément dangereuse.
Des cheveux longs (je suis presque chauve) retrouvés dans ma baignoire.
Trois prises électriques seulement (dont deux réservées aux lampes de chevet) pour toute la chambre. impossible de brancher un PC + un chargeur de téléphone à proximité.
Austérité du design des chambres (c'est un postulat esthétique, mais on se croirait en URSS en 1980 avec des meubles design).

Mecbur kalmadıkça bir daha tercih etmem.
Pros:

Konser sebebiyle tükenmiş ve fiyatları yükselmiş otellerin içinde en ucuzuydu sadece onu beğendim.

Cons:

Giriş 14:00 olmasına rağmen 17:00 da odamız hala hazır değildi. Hazır dendiği zaman odamıza gittiğimizde temizlik görevlileri vardı odada bir süre de onları bekledik. Oda da klima yoktu küçücük bir vantilatör vardı.

Not a room, a sauna smelling like compost.

The worst hotel I’ve stayed in years.
The room was like a furnace, the air was stale and the windows could be opened only a little.
The insulation of that room is non existent and without air conditioning the temperature remains high even during the night. We could not sleep at all because we kept sweating during the night.
The staff did not help, just saying they did not want to call the manager to find a solution to the room temper because he didn’t want to bother so late (it was 9 pm). They just brought a small fan because we requested it but that did not help at all.

The building also smells like compost and the neighbourhood was dangerous and dirty.
