Отель с новым ремонтом, все чисто, уютно. Расположение супер. Персонал очень вежливый. На русском можно было получить ответы на вопросы у девушки из страны бывшего СССР, которая работает в этом отеле. Есть чайник, вода, чай. Цена очень низкая. В апреле была в районе Таксим в другом отеле - цена выше, отель хуже. Рекомендую!!! Мы брали без завтрака. Но можно взять с завтраком, его подают в кафе, напротив отеля.. Нет лифта, но сотрудник с рескпшена донёс наши чемоданы без проблем.

Wonderful Stay and Exceptional Hospitality
Pros:

I stayed for 1 day at Taksim Santa Lucia Hotel and my experience was very pleasant.

In the booking it was mentioned that the property does not have an elevator, so I was a bit worried about carrying my luggage to my room, especially since I was very tired. I arrived at around 3 AM and was immediately welcomed by the warm hotel lights.

At the reception, a gentleman named Hassan welcomed me with a warm smile. When I asked about my room and the floor, I mentioned that I preferred a higher floor but was concerned about the stairs. Hassan reassured me and said, “Just complete your check-in, I will bring your luggage to your room.” I was truly touched by his kindness, especially at that late hour.

In the morning, I was woken up by the beautiful sound of the Adhan. That was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel. According to the map, the hotel is just a few steps away from Taksim Square and right near the mosque a perfect location.

I really enjoyed my stay here and I would highly recommend Taksim Santa Lucia Hotel to others.

Ein wirklich sehr sehr freundliches Personal, eine sehr nette Kommunikation bereits im Vorfeld! Es war zwar schon etwas älter, aber wirklich sauber und gemütlich und mit einer TOP Lage👍🏻🫶🏻

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean, and the location was perfect, within walking distance of Taksim and Nişantaşı. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The bed was very comfortable, and I felt relaxed throughout my stay. The hotel made me feel at home, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Dünya Kupası maçını izleyebilmek için tam 3 tane oda değiştirmek zorunda kaldım. Telefondan izledim maçın büyük bir bölümünü. Çalışan çocuklar çok uğraştılar ama bu konuda teknik bilgileri olmadığı için ordan oraya ordan oraya tam 2 saat geçti. Verdikleri odadaki klima çalıştığında çok pis bir koku yaydığı için kapatmak zorunda kaldım. Odaları teslim ettiklerinde herşeyin tam olarak çalıştığını tespit etmeleri gerektiğini düşünüyorum
