Pros:

タクシム駅から数分、空港からHavaist で着いた場合、バス停から徒歩8分ほど。深夜0時過ぎでしたが人気も多く女性1人でも心配なし。
階段しかないというのは承知の上で、ホテル代も上がっているなか、1泊5000円台は良心的でした。静かな部屋をリクエストしたのもあり、夜もぐっすり眠れた。部屋は広めで新市街に泊まるなら連泊もありなコスパ最高のホテルでした。

Pros:

1.Odalarda tadilat var, benim kaldığım oda yeni tadilattan geçtiği için malzemeler iyi ve nispeten temizdi.
2. Yatağa aşırı derecede oda spreyi sıkmışlar, ilk gece kokudan boğulacak gibi oldum. Nevresimleri değiştirtmeme rağmen koku geçmedi.
3. Yan odalardan çok gürültü alıyor. Oda kapıları dip dibe. Gecenin 2'sinde yan odanın kadın pazarlığını dinlemek zorunda kaldım.
4. Konum olarak Taksimin göbeğinde bu çok iyi
5. Asansör yoktu, dar bir merdivenden 3 kat çıktım
6. Bütün bunların ışığında tekrar tercih edermiyim? Sanmıyorum

Pros:

Duşakabinin yarısı yoktu. Yani duşa girdiğinizde her yer elinizde olmadan sırılsıklam vaziyete bürünüyor. Çıktığınızda ise minik bir göl ile karşı karşıya kalıyorsunuz. Odalar birbirine çok yakın. Ses yalıtımı maalesef kötü. Ancak Taksim gibi bir yerde tam bir fiyat performans noktası. Her yere yakın. Ayrıca konfor ve temizlik açısından ise gayet yeterli.
