What a great location, great staff and all round great value for money! 2nd visit, not dissapointed!
My partner and I stayed here for 7 nights in August and had a wonderful time. The hotel is spotless, even the pool area, rooms are cleaned daily and fresh linen every 4 days. Staff are helpful and welcoming and can't do enough for you. Breakfast is pastries, fruit, yoghurt, eggs, bacon, hot dog, bread/toast, juices and tea/coffee. It's plenty for what you need of a morning. Everything is constantly topped up and the staff work so hard to keep the area tidy. The room is perfect size for 2 adults. There are electric shutters on the windows to keep the light out, Aircon went down to 21° which was perfect when it was 38° outside. Shower is nice but can notice a drop in water pressure when it's a popular time to shower. The lift is small but adequate for 2 adults and suitcases. The pool looks small but is actually fine for the amount of people who use it. There are never any issues getting sunbeds. The only downside to the pool area is the sun goes behind the building infront by about 3pm so everything is in the shade at that time. The pool has a jacuzzi area (button on the inside of the corner) and it also has a jet coming out of the wall by the shower that you can swim against. You are given a beach bag with one towel per person that you can use for free and they will change the towels on the 4th day. The hotel accepts dogs which I didn't know and they are allowed everywhere in the hotel including the restaurant and pool area, they just aren't allowed in the pool. The hotel is on a busy road (not a main road but it's used frequently) and it can be loud at times. It's also in a built up area and the bins were being emptied at 5am one morning which wasn't great. The hotel is a 2 minute walk away from the main Garda town with beautiful streets and plenty of places to eat. 10 minutes to the "beach" and about 5 minutes to the ferry dock. Overall we loved our stay and would book again if we came back to the area.
This one of the best hotels I have stayed at it was extremely clean and every single one of the staff went out of their way to make our stay very very comfortable the breakfast was fantastic. And it made a pleasant change to not be ripped off when you’re having drinks around the pool like some other hotels. The prices were very very competitive. It also ideally placed for the promenade in Garda which took about three or four minutes to walk to. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel andwe will be coming back next year. Also I would like to give a little thanks to radu who was brilliant with his one liners, thanks😁
Fantastic location only a few minutes away from the lake front, ferries, shops and restaurants. Pool is small but perfect to cool off in, after sightseeing or for a lazy day. Staff are friendly and helpful and breakfast was lovely. We came as a family of four (two teenagers) and it was enjoyed by all. Thank you Hotel Villa Anthea. This was a great introduction to Lake Garda

It is a family run very central hotel location is superb - rooms are spotless cleaned everyday - fresh towels / sheets we were upgraded which was very much appreciated to a very spacious room for three breakfast was exceptional something for everyone
