Bright light in a big city.
Pros:

Terrific hotel and location. Staff is working very hard to differentiate itself. Manager who greeted me was wonderful and a pro.

Cons:

Mattress needs to be rotated.

First time visit to NY city
Pros:

Close proximity to the gotham hall where my event was. Definitely loved the staff, they were patient, and always ready to help in any way. I remember forgetting an important document that could have been a stressful situation. The housekeeping lady had immediately turned it in to management, would have mailed it...but I remembered before I left. Finally the kind gentlemen at the door made my experience wonderful at Executive Hotel NY.
Omggg I almost forgot, the sheets were high quality as well 👌🏾 😅

Perfect location for 4 night break. Close to Penn Station and subway.
Pros:

This was our fifth time returning to this hotel.
All staff are very professional and very helpful.
Great location. Spacious rooms and spotlessly clean. Fabulous breakfast.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike.

Pros:

The hotel is in a fantastic location but is also very quiet. The room and bed were very comfortable and the staff were welcoming and helpful. I would definitely stay here again

The hotel’s location is very good and the beds are comfortable. 🙏

Cons:

However, there are some negative aspects. The air conditioning is extremely noisy, even on the lowest setting. It feels like trying to sleep inside an airplane.

The rooms are quite small and there is no proper wardrobe. Basic amenities like slippers and cotton swabs are also missing.

The breakfast is also very basic (eggs, meat, and ready-made fruit juice). The same food was served for six days in a row. There are many much better restaurants nearby. In my opinion, the breakfast definitely does not justify the price.

Overall, although the location is good, the hotel needs improvement in terms of room comfort and breakfast quality.
