שהייה מדהימה, נחזור לשם בעתיד בכיף

מלון מושלם, במיקום מרכזי קרוב להכל ועם זאת שקט לגמרי.
הצוות שירותי ונחמד מאוד!
החדר נוקה בכל יום בצורה יסודית.
לא היה חסר לנו דבר, כל בקשה שלנו נענתה, החדר היה גדול, מאוד נוח ונעים.

ראוי לציון: הגענו למלון ב7 בבוקר אחרי טיסה של 12 שעות כשהצ'ק אין אמור היה להיות רק ב-3 בצהריים. מאחר והחדר היה זמין נתנו לנו לעשות צ'ק אין מוקדם ללא כל חיוב נוסף וזה היה ממש יפה מצידם וראוי להערכה, הם ממש עשו לנו את היום!

היה מורגש שהמלון היה בתפוסה מלאה ונראה שבגלל זה כל בקשה שביקשנו מהקבלה לקחה קצת יותר זמן מהמקובל
לדוגמה
ניקו את החדר ולא מלאו סבון אז התקשרנו שיביאו סבון וזה לקח שעתיים
קיבלנו את החדר ללא המזוודות שלנו לקח חצי שעה להביא את המזוודות
השארנו את המזוודות אצל השומר בכניסה והוא הלך לא ברור לי לאן היה צריך להמתין שיחזור בשביל שנקבל את המזוודות
מניח שביום שאין תפוסה מלאה המקום מתפקד אחרת

We enjoyed our stay, but felt the price was high for what the room actually delivered.
Pros:

The room was very clean and had amenities that we appreciated. It was within walking distance of several places we visited.

Cons:

I booked the room as a suite so that we could sit on a sofa and watch tv during our downtime. Unfortunately the sofa was trashed and appeared to have been that way for some time. We were not able to sit on it. I am attaching photos of it for reference.

I told Mike at the front desk about it and he apologized and said that they didn’t have a sofa to swap ours with. He was helpful in resolving some other minor issues we had with the tvs and remotes.

I feel like our room charge should have been altered to one with just a bed and not the suite.

Muy chica la habitación. Que los productos LOccitane eran en frasco rellenados y parecía como que no eran originales.. el restaurante del hotel sumamente caro. Y el hotel es caro para el nivel de hotel que es . La cama doble es muy chica

Colazione appena sufficiente molto migliorabile perchè con scelta limitatissima ! Di salato solo uova e wustel e dolce 3 tipi di croissant scongelati . Yogurt in vasetto solo a 1 gusto 2 tipi di cereali Caffè espresso a pagamento oltre i 5 dollari
