Executive Hotel Le Soleil New York

This hotel is a gleaming example of what all boutique hotels should be, but few are. From the moment I arrived I was greeted by a welcoming, friendly, accommodating and enormously helpful staff. Shelly at the front desk checked me in with a huge smile and did it faster than any front desk staff member I have ever seen. The rooms are lovely, sound proofed, well appointed and most importantly, immaculate. After check in I had a few small requests such as an extra bathrobe and a bucket of ice which the front desk arranged to be delivered in less than 5 minutes despite the lobby being highly trafficked at check in time. This highly curated, gem of a hotel is all choreographed by a charming and welcoming General Manager named Florencio who is always accessible, greets guests personally with a smile and responds to any special requests seriously and promptly. Thank you Le Soleil Executive Hotel for an upside surprise. This is my third stay and I have already placed a reservation for an upcoming trip.

We stayed at this hotel in July 2026 while visiting New York for the Bon Jovi concert at Madison Square Garden, and it was a great choice.

The hotel is in an excellent location, within easy walking distance of many of New York City's main attractions. Parking is conveniently located right next to the hotel, just a one-minute walk away, with plenty of spaces and outstanding service.

The hotel is very clean, and the rooms are modern, comfortable, and well maintained.

During our stay, we encountered a situation that needed to be addressed. We spoke with the General Manager, Mr. Florencio Ferraro, who resolved the issue immediately and handled everything professionally. His responsiveness and commitment to guest satisfaction showed us that this hotel is very well managed.

Overall, we had a wonderful stay and will very likely choose this hotel again on our next trip to New York. Highly recommended!

Le Soleil offers a location within walking distance to many attractions with a comfortable and well-fitted room. We travelled as a family of four and although the room was tight for our group, we appreciated the updated nature of the room- particularly the bedroom and bathroom were high quality and comfortable. The restaurant attached to the hotel was lovely and we enjoyed an excellent dinner there.

Very clean. Excellent location. All the staff were fabulous. Mia in the bar/lounge was our favorite. So easy to talk to and made the endings of the night enjoyable.

The location is absolutely perfect if you are visiting as a tourist. Close to Macy’s, the bus and train stations, the metro, walking distance to Times Square and Central Park.

The hotel itself is nice but not over the top. Rooms are comfortable, especially the suites. The standard room we had with a view of the Empire State Building was quite small but ok for 3 nights.

I want to pay special attention to Latch, the Chief Engineer of the hotel. I was in the same elevator as him observing how he handled an unhappy guest and he handled it like a pro. Empathic and understanding. I mentioned this to him and then we happened to see each other again in the elevator a few minutes later and after talking he made an incredibly nice gesture to my family and me that made our last day in NYC very special. It won’t be forgotten. This type of care for guests is what makes people come back and we certainly will the next time we are in NYC.

Location. So close to Time Square, subways, everything!
