Everything was perfect!

Location is convenient, subway and bus stations nearby.
Executive suite room very nice, clean and exactly as seen in pictures.
Staff is friendly and attentive. Service is impeccable.
Value for money.
Definitely deserves the rating.
This is my 2nd time at the hotel.
Would definitely come back.!

Siisti ja mukava hotelli keskeisellä paikalla, hyvät metroyhteydet ja kävelymatka mm. Empire State Buildingiin, Times Squarelle ja Macy'siin, Sephoraan läheisellä ostoskadulla. Tosi kiva henkilökunta! Lähellä ravintoloita ja ruokakauppoja (mm. Toast, Target, 7Eleven), aamiaispaikkoja (mm. Pio Bagel). Yövyimme Executive Suitessa, kivasti tilaa 3 hengelle, iso parisänky ja vuodesohva. Kiva kylppäri, pieni jääkaappi, nappikahvinkeitin, vedenkeitin, tallelokero, silitysvälineet, pyynnöstä myös kylpytakit. Huoneet siistit, päivittäinen siivous. Ala-aulasta ilmaiset aamukahvit ja illalla kaakaota, vaahtokarkkeja ja suklaaputous!

Great location, extremely clean and all our needs were met. They have comfy bedroom slippers. Stayed in 2 room types and both were super comfortable, even the smaller queen room.

Отличная локация, неограниченное количество воды, которую можно заказать в номер. Ресепшионист Shelly, которая всегда интересовалась качеством нашего проживания и в миг разрешала все запросы

Cons:

Несоответствие цены качеству номеров и сервиса. Считаю, что сломанный старый диван уже давно пора заменить на новый. Очень странно было заказать бокалы для шампанского в номер и получить не стеклянные, а пластиковые. Также удивило отсутствие чайника в номере, его приносят по запросу, также как и чайные пакетики

Great get away & location was perfect

Location was perfect! Coffee bar & Hot Chocolate & marshmallows in lobby. Fantastic Bagel restaurant 2 minute walk.

Cons:

No closets just a small standing hang up space which only had @ 6 hangers and had 3 small drawers below. Bedside chest had 1 or 2 small drawers.

Konumu çok iyi. Her gün temizlendi. Odada çay, kahve ve su var. Girişte sizi sabahları kahve ve alkali su ile öğleden sonra sıcak çikolata ile karşılıyorlar ve gün boyu ikram devam ediyor. Personel inanılmaz ilgili, güleryüzlü ve yardımcı. Özellikle Salua ya ayrıca teşekkür etmek isteriz. Tekrar New York a gelirsek tereddütsüz adresimiz burası olacaktır. Gönülden tavsiye ederim.

המיקום- 10. כל כך מרכזי שבמהלך ימי השופינג בשדרה החמישית עליתי מספר פעמים לחדר להניח שקיות.
מספר דקות הליכה מתחנות רכבת מרכזיות ומכל האתרים האייקונים של המידטאון.
השירות והמענה במלון- 10. אנדרה וכל צוות הקבלה נחמדים, שמחים לסייע בכל שאלה.
חדרים מרווחים ביחס למלונות אחרים בעיר.
הניקיון- 10. צוות הניקיון מנקה את החדר ביסודיות מדי יום.

מלון שאשוב אליו בוודאות.
