Pros:

Kindly organised cot, staff were very friendly, free coffee and hot chocolate, man who arranged taxi and baby seat to airport was very attentive

Расположение - стратегическое)) на углу Мейсис, в отеле неплохой ресторан, до главных достопримечательностей 15-20 минут на метро, остановка которого в шаговой доступности. Великолепная Шейла на ресепшен - потрясла и професиионализмом, мгновенно заменив номер по жалобе, и красотой. Вежливый вышколенный персонал. Депозит вернули мгновенно, в течение нескольких минут после выезда.

Cons:

Не поняла, как отрегулировать отопление. Было лень звать персонал)) чуть подмерзли ночью. Датчик и регулятор отопления - с неочевидными настройками.

Wish their Restaurant served breakfast until 10:30 am. Shutting down at 10:00 am is kinda early. Food is fantastic!!

Foi muito boa, fora a parte do fechamento do café tudo muito bom.
Pros:

Atendimento muito bom, todos sempre educados e dispostos a ajudar.

Cons:

No café da manhã (como sempre vamos próximo do horário de fechar), eles já vão tirando as coisas e arrumando tudo antes do horário que fecha, começa a chega 20 a 15 minutos do horário de término do café já começam a tirar as coisas, achei isso péssimo.
