Camera ampia e spaziosa, pulita, fresca. Personale accogliente e disponibile.

Cons:

Un po' di trambusto con preautorizzazioni pagamento con carta di credito (bloccati 5000 usd per 3800 di conto finale). Pulizie camera un paio di giorni eseguite dopo le 16.00 ed un giorno saltata per ns presenza (erano le 17.00). Alcune lampade in camera non avevano il pulsante di spegnimento, abbiamo svitato le lampadine di notte (camera 804)

מלון מצוין! השירות היה מעולה, עזרו לנו בכל מה שביקשנו!
לקחנו את הסוויטה קווין וזה חדר מרווח ונוח.

Cons:

קיבלנו חדר ממש מול המעלית. לא קריטי אבל פחות אידיאלי.

Emplacement idéal avec une superbe vue, un excellent confort et des prestations de qualité.
Pros:

Les chambres étaient très agréables, avec une vue incroyable sur l’Empire State Building depuis le 17ᵉ étage. Les draps et les serviettes étaient changés quotidiennement, et des produits de toilette L’Occitane étaient fournis.
La chambre, tout comme la salle de bain, était en parfait état, probablement rénovée récemment. Il y avait de la moquette au sol, mais elle semblait propre.
Les chambres sont également très bien insonorisées : je n’ai jamais entendu les voisins. On perçoit légèrement les bruits de la ville, mais rien de gênant.
L’hôtel est très bien situé, en plein centre, ce qui est extrêmement pratique pour visiter New York.

Cons:

La chambre de 22m2 était un peu petite par rapport à mes attentes, mais je n'ai pas pris mon mètre pour vérifier. Par contre la salle de bain était spacieuse.

Worthy stay for a week in NYC
Pros:

Location, the view from room with Empire State Building. They even upgraded us to a bigger room, which was very convinient with a small kid. Reception staff was very helpful and friendly. Ms Shelley was very friendly. Location is very good. You are practically near to all the famous locations.

Cons:

Just the doors of the rooms let the noise coming inside from the coridor. So it can be sometimes a bit loud.

Absolutnie nie polecam tego hotelu i radzę na niego bardzo uważać. Sytuacja, która mi się tu zdarzyła była absolutnie niedopuszczalna, nigdy czegoś takiego nie doświadczyłam.

Podczas zameldowania opłaciłam cały pobyt wraz z wymaganym depozytem.
Podczas wymeldowania niespodziewanie poinformowano mnie, że z powodu zmiany w systemie płatności hotelu wszystkie wcześniej przetworzone płatności zostały rzekomo zwrócone i że muszę ponownie opłacić pobyt, zanim będę mogła opuścić hotel.
Nie zostałem wcześniej poinformowana o tej sytuacji. Chociaż wyjaśniłem, że zapłaciłem już w całości i przedstawiłam potwierdzenia płatności, powiedziano mi, że nie mam innego wyjścia, jak tylko ponownie opłacić popyt. W rezultacie byłam zmuszona to zrobić, co wyczerpało dostępne środki na moich kontach bankowych.
Ta sytuacja była szczególnie przygnębiająca, ponieważ podróżowałem z siedmioletnim dzieckiem i starszą mamą. Niespodziewana konfrontacja z możliwością nieopuszczenia hotelu, mimo że za nocleg już zapłaciłem, wywołała u nas wszystkich niepotrzebny stres.
Podczas wymeldowania dwukrotnie poprosiłam o pisemne potwierdzenie, że wszystkie wcześniej pobrane kwoty zostały odesłane. Spotkało się to z dużym oporem personelu. Ostatecznie od recepcjonistki i dyrektora operacyjnego otrzymałam jedynie standardowe faktury, które nie wyjaśniają transakcji ani brakujących środków (nie chodzi absolutnie tylko o depozyt, ale o znacznie większą kwotę).
Po powrocie skontaktowałam się w tej sprawie z hotelem, ale nie otrzymałam żadnej odpowiedzi (także od dyrektora operacyjnego, który polecił mi do siebie pisać, jeśli pieniądze nie wrócą). Hotel milczy.
To niedopuszczalne.
Dużo podróżuję i nigdy nie spotkałam się z sytuacją, w której hotel wymagałby od gościa, który już wpłacił pełną kwotę, ponownego opłacenia tego samego pobytu z powodu zmiany w wewnętrznym systemie. Zwłaszcza, że gość nie otrzymał zwrotu, a hotel nie był w stanie przedstawić dowodów, że pieniądze odesłał.

I would surely stay here again!
Pros:

Staff was friendly and helpful, it was clean and we were upgraded for free to the Penthouse. It was truly a delight!

Cons:

Maybe the bars next door but it is the World Series and I come the suburbs. Lol
