Pros:

I stayed at this hotel before and had such a great experience with the staff that I decided to come back again. Just like my previous visit, the team was incredibly welcoming, professional, and always ready to help.

The front desk staff made the whole process easy and pleasant, and they were happy to assist whenever I had questions or needed recommendations. Housekeeping did a fantastic job keeping everything clean and comfortable, and every staff member I interacted with was friendly and attentive.

It’s clear that the hotel staff truly care about their guests and work hard to provide excellent service. My past positive experience is the reason I returned, and once again they did not disappoint. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again in the future. Thanks to Carlos

Agradável.
Pros:

Hotel confortável, com uma vista incrível do roof top, limpo, organizado e com funcionários excepcionalmente educados.
Café da manhã de primeira.

Cons:

Minha única crítica é o wi fi , que não pega direito, não dá pra assistir nada nas televisões que dependam da internet, só isso que acho que pode melhorar.

Buena opcion, tomar en cuenta detalles.
Pros:

La ubicacion esta buena, hay centros de servicios cerca, como estabamos en auto no afecto mucho las distancias. Muy buen desayuno, el personal muy atento. Recomiendo las habitaciones de atras por ser silenciosas y una linda vista a los morros. En el rooftop hay una linda piscina con reposeras. Tiene buen estacionamiento, pero pago.

Cons:

Tenia detalles de mantenimiento, el ambiente a la tarde no es el mejor en el rooftop. Las hab del frente son ruidosas y mas cuando corren picadas. Y la internet no es buena tenes que bajar al lobby. Por el resto, ok.
