Very friendly staff. Parking in the underground car park was free.

Cons:

We booked a Junior Suite. In the suite we were first shown to, the wallpaper had come away from the wall. When I raised this as a complaint, the very friendly staff immediately arranged for us to move to a suite that was in good condition.

Rezeptionistin bei der Abreise: Leider ganz anders: kein „Guten Morgen“, kein Dank für den Aufenthalt. Insgesamt hatten wir den Eindruck, dass der Mitarbeiterin die Arbeit wenig Freude macht. Schade, denn ein freundlicher Abschied rundet einen Aufenthalt ab.
Frühstücksraum: Der Raum ist leider sehr laut. Die Mitarbeiter*innen am Empfang waren freundlich, trockneten aber direkt dort das Besteck ab, und das Klappern trug zusätzlich zur Lautstärke bei.

Frühstück: Wenig Auswahl an Gemüse.

قريبا جدا من المترو ينزلكم في قلب الدومو
المحطه القريبه من الفندق تبعد 2 دقيقه مشي
تتبع المسار الاحمر للذهاب الدومو
تاخذون التكت من الماركت الموجوده داخل المترو او من الجهاز تدفع كاش او بالبطاقه ( الشخص 2،40 يورو ) سعر ثابت ل90 د
يوجد ماركت قريب
المنطقه هادئه جدا
الشامبو رائحتة جميله جدااا
الفندق يبعد عن المطار 40 د
مواقف مجانيه ومتوفره بكثره
مستوى الامان عالي جدا
مسروى النظافه جميل
لايتوفر شطاف

Close to red metro line, in quiet neighbourhood. Easy to go to attractions like Duomo (15 minutes metro) and easy to go to MXP by public transport (red metro line + Airport train) in an hour and 7 minutes.
