I like nothing about the property. For it to be new, it was dirty, moldy nasty. The staff with customer service zero out of 10 they did not accommodate to anything for these problems and trying to say that there’s nothing wrong with the air condition when I asked and they said they’re remodeling and there’s some changes going on and I don’t see no credit or anything. I don’t like anything about this property.

Cons:

I am most disappointed with is not only the condition of the room, but also how this situation has been handled by management and customer service. The staff acknowledged that there were delays with remodeling and air conditioning updates, but as a paying guest, I had no way of knowing that before my stay. When I book a room, I expect the advertised amenities, including proper air conditioning, to be fully functional.
The room was uncomfortable, hot, and humid, and I woke up sweating during the night. The bathroom had an unpleasant odor, and the overall condition of the room did not meet my expectations. Rather than acknowledging my experience and working toward a reasonable resolution, I feel my concerns have been dismissed.
I am disappointed in the lack of customer service and the unwillingness to provide a refund, credit, or other accommodation for the issues I experienced. As a guest, I should not be expected to accept problems caused by delayed renovations or maintenance issues that were never disclosed before my stay. The sheets were damped. The bathroom was hot like a sauna. I couldn’t even take a shower.

The location of where I need to be and the place was very clean

Cons:

Didn't like the the way the shower, the water pressure was weak and the toilet barely flushed and the mini fridge was not that cold. And the pillows was uncomfortable. And the room needs brighter lights.
