Mattress, pillows and sheets need to be renewed. Impossible to have a good night sleep with mattress that are so uncomfortable and pillows that are like rocks.

We were upgraded to a king pool view on second floor no charge. The food, bed and service was excellent!

Cons:

It was very noisy on the weekend, you could hear people slamming doors in the hallways and next door.

Hotel Gran Azuero
Pros:

Personal muy amable y tiene muchas cosas dentro o cerca del hotel.
Tiene su propio restaurante, farmacia y casino en la planta baja. Más restaurantes en la plaza que está a 100 metros.

Cons:

Máquina de hielo en ubicación poco visible. No tenia casi hielo.
No hay señalizacion para ubicar las toallas de piscina.
