The owner doesn't respect guests. All the drink fridges in all rooms are not working, they put a larger fridge in the passage way of my room after complaining to booking.com, foods are poor, the hot foods never hot in the breakfast, they were cold and often left over from the last date, you can try cold chips here. What they think to leave the cold chips for the guests, drinks run out at 8am everyday. Avoid here

What they think to leave the cold chips to the guests, they don't l up top foods early as 8.30am. Avoid to stay here, the mattress cause you back pain

Персонал никакой. Уровень взаимодействия с клиентом крайне низкий. Никто не здоровается. При обращении сдержанная отстраненная вежливость. В целом нормально. В отель вернусь вероятно. Но руководителя службы приема и размещения, я бы уволил и поставил туда другого, который в состоянии провести минимальный тренинг сотрудников.
В остальном без вопросов. Все отлично.

The only thing that I'd like to comment is about the breakfast, which I think it's easy to improve:
- There's a guy that can prepare omelet and also give you soup. But I didn't know it was available until I saw someone ordering it.
- The breakfast looks like lunch, with pasta/rice/meat/salads/etc, but I'd say that adding western options (milk, granola, cheese, more fruits, butter, etc) would make foreigners happier 😁

I travel a lot for work, and I've stayed in many hotels in countries around the world. I had the worst customer service experience in my life at this hotel, and that's surprising because Vietnam is usually great with hospitality.

I arrived to check in early at 12:30. The lady receptionist Thao (I don't know if that's her real name) told me that my room would be ready at 2. No problem; I joined the other guests who were waiting. The number of people waiting increased in size, so when 2PM came, there was a large crowd. When I went to check in at 2, the lady said that my room still wasn't ready. I watched as she checked in absolutely every guest who came in the hotel after me. I tried to check in again an hour later. Again, she said that my room wasn't ready. She then said that she didn't know what time my room would be ready. I was perplexed -- I reserved a basic room, and everyone else was allowed to check in, so why wasn't I? I'm not one to make things about race or ethnicity, but being the only black person in the hotel, that's the only thing that separated me from everyone else. Maybe this particular receptionist was trained to be wary of Black Americans? At my third attempt to check in, I was denied again, so I asked to see the manager of the hotel. The receptionist ignored my request, and miraculously, a room opened up immediately! She handed me a room card and breakfast ticket, stumbled and mumbled through the prepared welcome speech, and couldn't even look me in the eye. There was no apology for anything. My first job was as a receptionist in a hotel. Thao was the worst receptionist I've ever encountered.

The hotel's amenities are ok-- there is no smart TV, so you have to watch basic Vietnamese cable (in 2026). The curtains allow the sun inside the rooms, so you automatically wake up at 6:30am-- not good for late sleepers. The breakfast is... okay.

Very bad springs mattress, drink fridge not cool in most of the rooms, ask reception to fix or replace it but they tried to ignore by answering new fridges in order but not true. I could not store milk, fruits and my important medications
