Lovely space, very clean and welcoming, just can be a lil noisy
Pros:

Great location, comfortable and clean

Cons:

Too much noise, said had strict no party or loud noise, kept awake last 2 nights of stay next door loud, rooms sound proof but noise travelled through window, as well as on arriving back to room loud music from front door.

left at 9.20 still not there, wished to report a torn blind was present on our arrival, and side lamp didn’t have a globe.

Pros:

Location was great, walking distance to restaurants and the victorian market.

Cons:

Dirty apartment, floor not vacuumed, food visible under the couches, and the stains on the couches were disgusting and off putting. Mouldy grout in the shower and soap sum around the bottom of the shower glass, rubbish bins lids looked like they had never been wiped, cutlery was dirty straight out of the drawer. The balcony was filthy and the glass doors leading to the balcony are in a desperate need of a clean. The beds were firm but the bites on us from bed bugs are next level..

Room needs a deep clean (e.g. stains on carpet, stains on sofas and table, scuff marks everwhere) and there are lots of things broken (e.g. lamp, blinds).

The broken blind string is a legitimate hazard to small children.

A few more cups and plates, bowls etc Only 3 coffee cups - didn’t use dishwasher as not enough .
Hallway and lift could be vacuumed daily.

It did the job for what we were there for , location was good for the course that we were doing for work and it had parking.
