Wouldn’t recommend.
Pros:

Close to hospitals.

Cons:

The apartment wanted a bloody good clean everywhere.
Dirty mugs, finger prints over glass sliding doors.
Shower recess hadn’t been cleaned.
Blind in bedroom badly needs replacing.
Carpet stains.

Filthy, unsafe feeling, unhelpful, holes, mould and dirt

Holes in walls, bed side lamps didn’t work as there were holes where electrical sockets used to be, mould through guest information book, a couch which belonged at the dump its condition was so poor, things very dirty including someone’s blonde hair thick through the carpet and other debris, after night 1 they admitted we were booked into a different room to what we paid for, property refused to engage about a partial refund given all of the above, very very disappointing and would caution again staying here. For all of these problems got a ‘sorry it didn’t meet your expectations’. Was meant to be a premium room, nothing like the photos.

Great location and walking distance to hospitals
Pros:

Walking distance to the Royal Melbourne hospital. Great location, nice and quiet apartment complex and friendly reception staff

Cons:

The couch was a bit old and sunken

Family stay in good location
Pros:

Comfortable apartment with good facilities. Great location.

Cons:

On-street parking was a challenge, but doable. The kitchen is hard to use without any kitchen basics (oil/ salt, etc.) being provided

Pros:

The location was convenient, the apartment was clean and the shower was amazing!

Cons:

There were stains on one of the couches and a mark on each of the coffee tables.
The bottom sheets on the bed weren’t quite big enough so they untucked (I’ve never experienced this before at a motel).
Expensive considering the age of the furniture, and the whole apartment lacked a welcoming feel.
Disappointed that smoking was not allowed on the balcony as this is one of the reasons I book rooms with balconies.

非常好的居住体验

距离墨尔本大学很近，6分钟驾车。安静，干净。有地下停车库，但是入口和B1到B2的通道非常非常小，大一点的车非常难开，对于澳洲新手司机将是一个很大的挑战，我作为老司机也小剐蹭了一下。

Pros:

Located near hospital which is reason why we book n stay often.

Cons:

for longer stay like more than 2 nights, it will be much APPRECIAted if towels are changed and tea coffee sugar, shampoo/body wash/conditioner topped up. Apartment was vacuumed but if the flooring is mopped will be good because we have our shoes off and you do stepped on sticky stuff. At times when we have to stay longer than 2 nights it will be more than wonderful if the accomodation can be like home.
