My host/owner Rashed while new to this establishment did his best to make my stay a pleasant one, well done.
Pros:

Easy walk to Royal Melbourne hospital , also close to cafes,restaurants etc
Apartment amenities were great,everything needed for an extended stay.

Cons:

Just a bit of housekeeping not often thought of.
After cleaning leave the dishwasher and wash machine doors ajar. When closed for extended periods they tend to smell somewhat.

Great Facility Great location and Great caring Staff. Great Bang for Buck
Pros:

Location- Access to the Royal Melbourne Hospital and the access to trams was ideal. The staff at the facility was happy to continue my stay as having a member of my family need extended medical care took a lot of stress of me

Loved it and definetly staying there again on our next trip to Melbourne
Pros:

Easily accessible public transport and even walking distance to tram stop and close to city at reasonable price and office staff is very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Nothing everything is exceptional

Location was good

Cons:

Property need serious Renovation, taps lose , shower screen lose and falling away, fridge not making cool, i payed for parking and in 3 days just found once i got back pain on bed so uncomfortable bed , balcony full with dust , mosquitoes everywhere, the cleaning staff give me spray , i left the property 1 day early and stayed different hotel

Great stay in a great location and spotless unit with everything needed
Pros:

Great Location close to Royal Melbourne Hospital. 1 bedroom unit is ideal size with room to relax without sitting on a bed.
Facilities in room are excellent with everything needed for the stay.
While reception staff are not readily available, once contacted they are more than willing to help with any requests.
