Pros:

La douche fonctionne à merveille. De loin, la meilleure douche que nous avons eu parmi plusieurs endroits que nous avons loués.

Cons:

Nous aurions aimé y trouver quelques épices, du moins du sel et poivre

Buena situación, cerca de la playa y bien comunicado. Muy cerca de zona de fiesta si te gusta el ambiente inglés.
Hay opciones para todos, aunque no lo llamaría ambiente familiar...

Absolutely Fabulous
Pros:

It is a typically Portuguese apartment , Cidalia was very welcoming and realised that my husband struggled with the stairs and moved us to an apartment on a lower floor

Cons:

Couldn’t find any English tv other than Sky news

Lovely, typical old Portuguese apartments
Pros:

Lovely small old Portuguese apartments situated within an area of huge hotels. Brilliant and relaxing. Had everything we needed for the 2 night stay. 5 minute walk to the strip and 30 minute walk to old town. 1 minute to the beach. Would stay here over the huge impersonal hotels.

Cons:

Need to be able to get up and down the stairs to bed. But as it’s typical old Portuguese then can’t be updated.

Pros:

Location was great, traditional building

Cons:

Heating / Air con - no air con and heating doesn’t cover full apartment’s. The bed is hard which was unfortunate and uncomfortable.

Estúdio sem ar condicionado, sofá muito desconfortável, camas individuais, porta da varanda não fechava completamente, escadas para o quarto muito estreitas e perigosas.
