My stay was excellent. The staffs are amazing.
Pros:

They always clean it everyday. They didn't touch my things and they always have complementary drinks everyday.

Cons:

So minor only, the CR doesn't have a door but it's okey.

Fantastic hotel with great staff and conveniently located in the heart of the old town.
Pros:

Everything was fantastic. My family and I really enjoyed our (all too) brief stay here. This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The facilities and location were superb but the main plus is the staff. They are excellent - friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We got a free upgrade on one of our single rooms, which was wonderful of them and really allowed my son and his family to spread out and enjoy a wonderful night's sleep. The breakfast was great too with very attentive staff and a lovely range of foodstuffs.

Cons:

Nothing. We all said the same thing - this is a great hotel

Excelente localização e custo-benefício
Pros:

Minha hospedagem durou vários dias e eu não poderia ter me sentido mais confortável e segura. A localização, por si só, já é incrível, mas o conforto da acomodação e do hotel em si fazem tudo valer ainda mais a pena.

Cons:

Os canais de TV não pegaram em nenhum dos dias. Eles tentaram consertar no primeiro, mas não conseguiram. Como eu não assisto tanto TV, não foi um grande problema.

Location plus - excellent, well priced hotel.
Pros:

Location plus - right next to old town. Easy to get to from the airport via train and 10 min walk. Super quiet rooms. Super cold and quiet aircon. Great beds. Very clean and modern convenience set in old Bavarian charm. Would definitely stay again.

Inhabergeführtes Traditionshotel mit Musikgeschichte
Pros:

Sehr zentrales Hotel, Zimmer mit eigener Klimaanlage und einem kleinen Balkon. Tolle Dachterrasse, sehr guter Reinigungsservice. Ich war oft auch in der hauseigenen Gastro essen. Gute Portionen, lecker und mit gutem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Toll fand ich auch die Tageskarte, dadurch gab es Abwechslung. Die Kellner habe ich bewundert, sie sind immer freundlich und souverän geblieben, egal wie voll es war. Getränke der Mini-Bar sind kostenlos. Es wird 1x am Tag aufgefüllt. Außergewöhnlich fand ich auch, dass man nicht zwingend Buffet Frühstücken muss. Es gibt zwei Frühstücksgerichte, die man auch einzeln a la carte bestellen kann (1x deftig und 1x süß). Gerne komme ich beim nächsten München-Trip wieder.

Cons:

Es gibt zwar einen Aufzug, der hält aber immer nur zwischen zwei Stockwerken. Gepäck muss man also trotzdem 10 Stufen schleppen. Das sollte man wissen, es gibt ja Personen, die zwingend auf Barrierefreiheit angewiesen sind.

Great hotel, but note there are many steps from the elevator
Pros:

Still a great place to stay. My room was immaculately clean, and the free mini-bar was a nice touch. As previously noted, however, the elevator stops at floors 1-2 and 3-4, so if your room is on floors 1,2,3 or 4 you have quite a few steps up or down to reach your room. Otherwise, everything was perfect, including the famous sauna 🤪

The place to be in Munich
Pros:

Excellent 2ème séjour séjour!
Pour moi il ne pourrait pas être possible de venir à Munich sans y séjourner et j’y reviendrai sans aucun doute

Cons:

Le prix est un peu élevé mais vu la qualité des prestation il est totalement justifié donc rien à y redire .
