Information about our upcoming renovation plans:

To make sure we can give you more comfort and better quality in the future, we will be doing major renovation work in our building from May 1, 2026, to April 30, 2028.
We want to let you know ahead of time about some possible inconveniences:

Areas with limited access:
Some parts of our building will be closed off during this time.
Possible noise disturbances:
You might hear more noise during the day because of the construction work. We will do our best to keep the disruptions to a minimum for you.
Access to the swimming pool and fitness and wellness area:
You can only get to these places by using an outdoor staircase, which means they are not easy to access for everyone.
Limited access to the restaurant temporary:
Our restaurant, which serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner, will also be closed during this period.


In order to offer you even more comfort and quality in the future, extensive renovation work will be carried out in our hotel from 1 May 2026 to 30 April 2028. Some areas of our hotel will be inaccessible during this entire period due to the work. The construction work may lead to increased noise levels during the day. We will, of course, ensure that any disruption to you is kept to a minimum. Access to the swimming pool, fitness and wellness areas is only possible via an external staircase and is therefore not barrier-free. Our restaurant, which serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, is also not barrier-free.

Pros:

Ist ein reines Sporthotel und sehr viel Trubel dort. Die Zimmer sind sehr gross und ok. Nur der Fernseher ist seeehr klein, was bei der Zimmergrösse etwas ungünstig ist.
Die Betten sind relativ hart. .muss man mögen. Aber in der Summe ein gutes Hotel.

Tolle Lokation auf einem kleinen Berg - schwer eingeschneit - aber das Personal kümmert sich ;D

Cons:

Die Qualität und Hygiene meines Zimmer im Altbau lies zu Wünschen übrig - wohl weil der Bereich im Mai diesem Jahres abgerissen und neu aufgebaut wird.

Empfehlenswertes Hotel mit sehr gutem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.
Pros:

Sehr geräumiges Zimmer. Ausstattung schlicht und funktional aber geschmackvoll. Zimmer und Umfeld (Hotelflure, Lobby, Restaurantbereich, Parkplatz, ...) sehr sauber. Parkplatz TOP!!! - geräumig, zahlreiche Stellplätze und auch mehrere Ladesäu-len für E-Autos. Personal ausgesprochen freundlich und unaufdringlich präsent. Frühstück reichhaltig mit differenziertem Angebot zu einem sehr günstigen Preis. Hotel ruhig am Waldrand gelegen mit (nach unserm Eindruck) zahlreichen Möglich-keiten zum "Füße vertreten". Nachts absolut ruhig ohne Straßen- oder Fluglärm, ohne Gebimmel oder sonstige Schallquel-len (das Hotel ist nach unserem Eindruck auch nicht "hellhörig"), die einen erholsamen Schlaf stören könnten.

Cons:

Die Anfahrt über enge, verschlungene, holperige Sträßchen durch Barsinghausen ist ohne NAVI durchaus anspruchsvoll. Dies liegt aber wohl nicht in der Macht der Hotelbetreiber, sondern ist vermutlich ein Ergebnis unfähiger Stadtplanung. Das beim Frühstück Hunde mit am Tisch (am - nicht unter!!!) sitzen dürfen und Herrchen oder Frauchen die Wurst vom Teller schielen, ist (zumindest für uns nicht Hundebesitzer) gewöhnungsbedürftig. Auch wenn die Hundebesitzer möglicherweise Stammgäste waren, hätte ich als Restaurantleiter dies so nicht zugelassen. Schließlich wird sich anschließend ja wieder ein Gast auf den Stuhl setzen, auf dem vorher gerade ein Hund seinen "nackten" Popo platt gedrückt hat.

Pros:

zeer vriendelijke ontvangst , ofschoon we laat waren excellent verzorgd om nog diner te krijgen, propere en goeie sauna, heel net & proper hotel, hartelijk en lekker ontbijt, goeie bedden, hele ruime kamers, ... men kan enkel positief zijn over dit hotel.
