Information about our upcoming renovation plans:

To make sure we can give you more comfort and better quality in the future, we will be doing major renovation work in our building from May 1, 2026, to April 30, 2028.
We want to let you know ahead of time about some possible inconveniences:

Areas with limited access:
Some parts of our building will be closed off during this time.
Possible noise disturbances:
You might hear more noise during the day because of the construction work. We will do our best to keep the disruptions to a minimum for you.
Access to the swimming pool and fitness and wellness area:
You can only get to these places by using an outdoor staircase, which means they are not easy to access for everyone.
Limited access to the restaurant temporary:
Our restaurant, which serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner, will also be closed during this period.


In order to offer you even more comfort and quality in the future, extensive renovation work will be carried out in our hotel from 1 May 2026 to 30 April 2028. Some areas of our hotel will be inaccessible during this entire period due to the work. The construction work may lead to increased noise levels during the day. We will, of course, ensure that any disruption to you is kept to a minimum. Access to the swimming pool, fitness and wellness areas is only possible via an external staircase and is therefore not barrier-free. Our restaurant, which serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, is also not barrier-free.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Pros:

Very friendly, helpful, clean.

Cons:

Only minor - the room was a little old fashioned, and no kettle with coffee or tea in the room (which I think should always be there).

Pros:

Frühstück war gut. Zimmer ruhig gelegen. Personal sehr freundlich. Die Lage vom Hotel ist für Wanderungen gut geeignet.
Zimmer sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet. Wir haben hier in der Umgebung einige Unternehmungen gehabt.

Cons:

Wir konnten das Schwimmbad und Fittniseinrichtungen nicht nutzen. Resturantbetrieb nur eingeschränkt.
Biergarten war dicht. Wegen Bau und Abrissarbeiten alles nur bedingt zu nutzen. Von Booking.com nicht im Vorfeld erwähnt.

Pros:

Das Personal war überaus freundlich. Ins Restaurant konnte ich mit meiner im Rollstuhl sitzenden Freundin nicht gehen, da dieses nur über eine Treppe erreichbar ist. Man hat uns im Frühstücksraum einen Tisch eingedeckt und uns hervorragend bedient. Ich war über soviel Mitgefühl sehr gerührt.

Es war gemütlich und ruhig

Cons:

Leider war das Wasser im Zimmer sehr teuer. Es gab keine Möglichkeit eine Kleinigkeit im Hotel zu Ladenpreise zu kaufen.

Keine Klimaanlage (es wurde sehr warm im Zimmer)

Wir kamen für eine Nacht, um die Landesgartenschau zu besuchen und waren zufrieden.
Pros:

Grosszügige Zimmer. Alles war sehr sauber. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig. Alles wurde sofort nachgelegt.

Cons:

Durch die Umbaumassnahmen konnten weder der Pool noch der Biergarten genutzt werden . Eigentlich beides Kriterien für die Wahl des Hotels.

Pros:

Wir waren nur eine Nacht im Hotel. Sehr schöne ruhige Lage. Das Personal war kompetent und angenehm,
das Zimmer geräumig, ruhig und gut ausgestattet. Das Frühstück haben wir sehr genossen. Alles in allem ein
sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Tolles Hotel mit freundlichem Personal und geschmackvoll eingerichtetem Zimmer
Pros:

Wir haben leider nur eine Nacht in dem Hotel verbracht und können daher nicht allzu viel berichten.
Obwohl gerade Renovierungsarbeiten stattgefunden haben, waren wir sehr zufrieden. Das Personal war super freundlich und unser Zimmer sehr geräumig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet… wir wären gerne noch geblieben 😊

Cons:

Um dazu etwas zu schreiben war unser Aufenthalt zu kurz.
In der kurzen Zeit, in der wir dort waren haben wir nichts negatives gesehen.

Für 2 Nächte gerade ausreichend.
Pros:

Freundlichkeit des Personals.Größe des Zimmers.
Ruhiges Zimmer. Kein Kühlschrank.

Cons:

Keine Lüftung im Bad. Keine Klimaanlage im Zimmer.Schlechte Abdunkelung im Zimmer. Im
Hallenbad riecht es beim Schwimmen nach Kloake.
Zudem ist es sehr klein und nicht einladend. Wir wurden nicht gefragt ob wir Handtücher benötigen.
In dem Duschen gab es keine Seife.
