Excellent, I was extremely impressed with my room and the services provided.
Pros:

great location
Pros:

perfect location and incredibly friendly staff. less than 5 minutes to walk to downtown cortina. easy to navigate and parking is included.

Cons:

the bedrooms and bathroom can be a bit more updated. the hallways smelled like cigarette smoke. location was a bit noisy from new construction being built across the street.

The perfect base for our weekend away in the dolomites!
Pros:

Location was perfect for access to town.
The staff could not have done more for us. From lending us umbrellas to preparing a takeaway breakfast when we had an early start.
Views from the room were stunning.
The car park made travelling very easy.

Good breakfast and nice location in the city center. Also the parking was really convenient.

Cons:

During check-in the guy wanted to make a photo of our passports but as per law that’s not allowed. When I refused him to make a photo, the guy was a bit irritated and we didn’t really feel welcome. Next time please read the GDPR law.

6/10 great location and vibe but rude hotel manager
Pros:

Nice location with great views from the balcony. The hotel has a rustic feel to it. Very quiet. Welcoming and polite reception and kitchen staff.

Cons:

Would be great to have mini fridge in the room. Also there’s no AC, so if you’re visiting in the summer, expect sleeping in a hot room.

Also, the hotel owner/manager was extremely rude and unprofessional and lashed out on us (maybe also other guests).
