This property is slightly rundown and very noisy with construction going on in front at well at the back of property
The staff were very friendly and helpful. For the price is not bad

There is no swimming pool at hotel hotel staff rude

I booked this property thinking there was going to be a swimming pool there wasn't

On the 15th of June I booked a room at Happy Bou Jomtien hotel around 6-7pm.
I arrived at the check in, checked into the room, left my backpack and my friends and I went for a walk along the promenade.
A couple of hours later, I returned to the room. Tired and sweaty, I grabbed a towel and went straight to the shower.
And this is where my epiphany began.
There is no curtain for the bathroom (this is the smallest thing), the whole room is dirty, cockroaches are running around, there are cobwebs hanging in the corner. There is a spider hanging in another corner. Moreover, another spider was in the sink (did not take a picture), that is the feeling that this room has not been used for a very long time. There was a cockroach in the room too.
The towels are dirty with stains. The foot towel is grey in colour.
The bed in the room is a broken bed. The sheet is grey and all see through because it is very thin.
On the duvet cover, on the pillowcases - incomprehensible stains.

The feeling is just horrible and disgusting!

I went to the reception and asked to change my room. I was given a second key and went to see the room.
The first thing I saw was two huge stains on the sheet! The sheet is the same grey colour.
Everything else was exactly the same as in the first room: dirt, stains, dust, cobwebs.

Back at the reception, I told the girl that I wanted to cancel the reservation as it was impossible to live in such conditions.
She called someone, explained something in Thai and then handed the phone to me. The screen lit up with "BOSS."
The man suggested I get another number, to which I replied that I had already looked at 2 and the situation is terrible in both, I don't want to live here. He replied that he could not return anything to me - contact Agoda and if you want you can leave now. This is the first time I have encountered such unsanitary and dirty.
At the same time, the rating and photos of the hotel are very good! It's very strange.
Moreover, while I was sitting near the reception looking for a new place to stay, I saw a lot of Thais coming there - both families and young girls. I can't claim, but maybe rooms like mine are given to foreigners specifically.

No swimming pool as advertised. Complained to the owner and he advise he would give refund when Expedia requested refund. Pool has been closed for over a year., plenty of time to change website.They will not answer the phone for me or Expedia. Will attempt to get credit from me credit card company.

Great hotel in the heart of Jomtien Beach on Soi Welcome. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast is amazing & tasty. Rooms are great, good air con, hot shower & fridge. The bar downstairs is very cool. Buy 2 get 1 free Chang Draft. One night there was a birthday party & they let us join it. Had great food. If you come to Pattaya, stay here. It's easy on your wallet & a great hotel. Highly recommend this place.

This is a great guest house that is clean and just a short walk from the beach and restaurants,bars etc. .The owner is polite ,helpful and easy going. The price is very good too..
We will definitely stay again.

God værdi til pengene flinkt personale ligger lidt væk fra centrum men 5 min med batbil

Köik super.v.a. öösiti u.kl 2-ni tänaval kölav muusika. Good place,good personal.....only the music from the street to about 2 o'clock can disturb if there is no party person

more like a hostel for young kids,disgusting showers had too keep on asking for extra toilet paper also no good for food thats of cause if u want too wait for a couple of hippies too make it for u,don,t advise too go in the pool if u want too call it a pool stinking mun,only 2 sun loungers lol but be quick if u want too lay there i would,nt advise too take your partners here that,s for sure not a very happy place its sad and depressing ,mmm staff was ok not too sure if they were local or staff some of them,make sure if anyone wants too stay here get the back room entirely up to u but be advised not too oh another thing watch the cockroaches don,t get u first

It took a bit to find among the rows of bars and hotels as there was no sign though Google map pointed it out. Very very nice spacious room with a comfortable bed and pillows. Almost seemed like a 3-4 star hotel room. I really really liked it. Only downside is there is no elevator and wifi was very weak when we were there.

-There was no water in the toilet
-There was mould in the mattress; disgusting
-We left quickly and quietly. I was travelling with my ten-years-old daughter and I could never stay overnight there with her (or anyone)
-Just look at the photos, you'll understand

It's the second time, me and my girlfriend are visiting this hotel.
First of all, when we came here, we didn't expected too much, but this place convinced us.
The pool is nice, the location is amazing.
Actually you just have to walk 1min to the beautiful jomtien beach.

The host is more than friendly, the accommodation is reaching our expectations fully.

To sum it all up, it's a nice place to stay at your vacation days at pattaya.

You won't regret it.

We took a cab from our final stop in Thailand after visiting Krabi and Bangkok and were truly disappointed by Boutique Jomtien and the surrounding. The hotel was difficult to find and was secluded in a shady street. When we reached the Hotel the receptionist actually lifted no bags and we were with 4 in the end he lifts the lightest one and tells us the heaviest one is for you. Once we arrived to our room they it was smelling of cigarette smell all over the place. The ac was leaking and the shower and the washroom is an absolute mess. No drainage system in the bathroom made the place flooded and filled with nasty germs in the washroom. We were cheated with the wifi as well as we were placed on the 2nd floor with no wifi connection and the person in charge lied saying that the connection went out today morning and we have called someone we stayed there for 3 nights and mind you no one showed up. We had itinerary planned for our next day in PATTAYA and could not come through cuz the only wifi available was near the receptionist. The English TV channels and the pool are the two things which save the place. Overall a terrible experience and we were waiting for our 3 nights to end and leave this horrid place.

The hotel and rooms were terrible . Dirty bathroom and nasty ac that was leaking the whole time . Room freezes and the thermostat does not work . . The shower room is disgusting and floods . Horrible experience! Only saving grace is the pool .staff are unhelpful no room service !

Selecting this property for my pattaya stay was not wrong decision. I have booked this room @ only 500 bhat Per day, but the room was very specious, bathroom were clean and the most I liked The swimming pool, location of property is just in walking distance from Jomtien Beach and all basic needings shop and restaurant are nearby.

Property is Managed by two guys both are very hard working and friendly. They help me lot with travelling information.

If you are on budget trip this is the best property for stay.

I enjoyed my stay there I didn't expect too much because I spend only 500 bhat.
